First time buying from Furniture Village. We could not be happier with the whole experience from the sales person in the shop who was spot on (great advice and within our budget) to the smooth delivery. We were kept well informed beforehand as well as on the day. Our new matttess was delivered in situ very swiftly by a highly efficient and pleasant team: Saul and Oakley (hopefully spelt correctly!). Thumbs up from us!

Lee + Neil delivered our new dining set promptly set up and positioned where we wanted everything no fuss at all! 5 stars

Andy and Lukas were brilliant in delivering my daughter’s bed. Very friendly, very clean and polite. Soooo quick in building it too. Really impressed with the whole furniture village experience. Matthew at the shop was also amazing. Thanks!

The delivery team (Tom and Colin) was fantastic! They called 30 minutes before arriving, arrived right on schedule, and handled my new furniture with great care. They easily navigated a tight hallway without touching the walls and placed everything exactly where I wanted. Professional, polite, and super efficient—highly recommend Tom and Colin!

Two lovely chaps, Mehta and Paddy, delivered my mattress, very carefully and on time.

The delivery was great, Mehtab and Paddy were very lovely and very helpful. They also worked very quickly so the sofa was all sorted and put in place in no time which was brilliant

Excellent service from Tom and Colin, who delivered our new mattress this morning. They were extremely professional, polite and considerate from start to finish.

We have a particularly narrow staircase, but they managed to bring the mattress in perfectly and without any issues. They took great care in our home, covering the flooring with a protective sheet and removing their shoes before entering the property, which I really appreciated.

They were also very helpful and took the time to give us some useful aftercare advice regarding our new mattress.

We’re really pleased with the service we received from Tom and Colin. They were friendly, respectful and clearly took pride in doing a great job. Excellent service — thank you both! 😊

Lee and Luka were amazing this morning delivering our new mattress, particularly when the day before they'd attempted and unfortunately had a van break down on them. They came first thing the next morning and carried our new matteess up our stairs before it even hit 7am. Can't thank them enough. Thank you Lee and Luka!

Absolutely fantastic service from Tom and Colin, who came to collect my sofa. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, polite, and helpful from start to finish.

They handled everything with great care, worked efficiently, and made the whole collection process completely stress-free. It was genuinely refreshing to have such lovely, respectful people providing the service.

Tom and Colin are a real credit to the delivery team and deserve to be recognised for the excellent job they did. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Tom and James were very friendly and did an excellent job installing our dining table and chairs, excellent service!

Overall very happy with my purchases- 3&2 seater sofa and a riser recliner to match. Bought in Reading, assistant knew I was buying for disabled person and that I was moving and had new address. However I had to chase when it was not delivered and discovered the items were in two separate warehouses. This delayed delivery whilst it was sorted out.
Delivery men were excellent, working quickly as a team.
At no point though did anyone inform me of optional casters (as in handbook!) also that the rise recliner chair required said casters to have a caster cup or that without this the chair…, remember it’s for use by those with mobility problems…. Will move when someone attempts to sit on it!! This is exactly what happened to my sister, the chair dangerously moved!! I can find no information regarding this safety factor in any of the booklets I was supplied with. Neither was it mentioned by the shop assistant or the delivery men, Tom and Paddy
I still can’t believe this.
