Absolute five star service received today from Furniture Village’s delivery guys, Mehtab & Paddy! Polite, courteous, very friendly & on time. We were kept informed of when our 3 hour delivery slot would be and given a tracking link. They actually arrived before the start of our slot. They were very respectful of our house & brought in our bed frame & headboard with no fuss at all. Put it all together, got us to inspect it to make sure we were happy & gave us instructions on how to take it apart should we ever need to. In and out within 15 minutes. Excellent service & Furniture Village have really set the bar high with their delivery service. Thank you.

The two guys Connor & Raz who delivered and assembled the dining room table and chairs were very professional, polite and efficient. They explained how it all worked and were very patient positioning the table and chairs. First class service thank you.

Ive given the score for the guys that delivered and set up my new sofa. Mehtab and Paddy. What lovely fellas. Excellent service given. They just got on with it. I didn't have to do a thing. Then I was given a full run down of how my recliners and buttons worked. Boss man you need to give these guys a pay rise please. A proper credit to your company's delivery service.

Very friendly delivery team of Lukas and Andy, took photos before and after delivery, placed mat on floor, removed shoes to avoid dirt and explained installation, Sofas look very good, we are happy with product so far and delivery service

Mehtab and paddy where really friendly guys very respectful of our property,took Thier shoes of even after we said they didn't need too.They explained everything about the sofa's we needed to know keep up the great work

First time buying from Furniture Village. We could not be happier with the whole experience from the sales person in the shop who was spot on (great advice and within our budget) to the smooth delivery. We were kept well informed beforehand as well as on the day. Our new matttess was delivered in situ very swiftly by a highly efficient and pleasant team: Saul and Oakley (hopefully spelt correctly!). Thumbs up from us!

Lee + Neil delivered our new dining set promptly set up and positioned where we wanted everything no fuss at all! 5 stars

The delivery team (Tom and Colin) was fantastic! They called 30 minutes before arriving, arrived right on schedule, and handled my new furniture with great care. They easily navigated a tight hallway without touching the walls and placed everything exactly where I wanted. Professional, polite, and super efficient—highly recommend Tom and Colin!

Excellent service from Tom and Colin, who delivered our new mattress this morning. They were extremely professional, polite and considerate from start to finish.

We have a particularly narrow staircase, but they managed to bring the mattress in perfectly and without any issues. They took great care in our home, covering the flooring with a protective sheet and removing their shoes before entering the property, which I really appreciated.

They were also very helpful and took the time to give us some useful aftercare advice regarding our new mattress.

We’re really pleased with the service we received from Tom and Colin. They were friendly, respectful and clearly took pride in doing a great job. Excellent service — thank you both! 😊
