Bear is a very nice and approachable person. However there seems to be a lack of communication, with me the client, when it comes to the bi monthly bait checks. I have to ring everytime to ask when the technician is coming and to find I am not on the ongoing jobs list. As I have said I have no problem with Bear at all.

While I have already posted a review of how bad this company is, it is only getting worse. I had originally signed up for a 12 month contract with a confirmation email from Flick stating it was a 12 month plan of payments. On month 13 when they took further funds from my account I contacted them querying why this payment was taken out? Their response was:
"We have just rolled over your plan" 😲😲 So with absolutely no contact to the customer via email, phone or text, Flick just keeps rolling over your contract, even though they state it is only for 12 months, and keep taking your money as they see fit. I have contacted customer service who just keep replying with: "I have related your issue to the Accounts Department" It has now been 6 weeks and and still no response despite the numerous emails I have sent. This company needs some serious training in customer service and relations.

Ethan Gardner was not rushed, polite, neat and tidy with PPE and went well beyond what I expected to persist in connecting a recharge point following a nearby concrete deck install. Not an easy fix and likely wrecked his schedule for the day but much appreciated and done without a fuss or tantrum. Congratulations Ethan. A great ambassador for Flick.
