Bespoke fire surround
I asked for a bespoke design, they took my sketch and issued a CAD drawing for approval, great show of trust guys. Samples sent out promptly. Order placed, manufactured and delivered within 10 days taking payment only on delivery. Product more than met expectations. 5 stars from me

Great fire surround
Great fire surround. They were able to adjust the dimensions for a perfect fit. Also I like the mounting that allows you to remove in the future for decorating.
Can’t wait for colder nights to light the fire.

Floating shelf
Excellent mantle shelf even the joiner who fitted it wanted to know where we had bought it from as he said it was really good quality and finished really well.

Disappointed
I was disappointed that the beam had a huge crack right in the middle which is not shown on any of the images online. Whilst I appreciate the timber is naturally dried I felt it was not the best aesthetically and really should not have been sent.

Thank you for your feedback. Timber can vary significantly with each batch, and these rustic features naturally occur in air-dried wood. These splits happen as the timber dries over the years and are unavoidable. They are not a structural concern and typically add to the wood's character.
However, if you'd prefer a replacement, please contact us. We’d be happy to select a piece with as few splits as possible from our next batch.

Very efficient service from receiving samples to ordering and the delivery of the fireplace oak beam. Fitting was straightforward using a laser level, although I checked and rechecked my measurements. Very pleased with the outcome.

Please trust me , This UK Business is about care and quality and product & service. Our Fireplace was built in-house using sustainable solid Cured Oak , The Marble again was sourced and not mass produced, see they do take time and care in the total product. The LED display again is UK-made. Tilly & Mick and the wonderful delivery driver gave the utmost of communication, from a video via WhatsApp app to a simple message via text.
