Acknowledged as soon as I entered, very quickly & professionally attended to, all done with a genuine smile, I’m very happy customer.

I took my 6 year old daughter to have her ears pierced at the Swindon branch. Chris was so lovely and took his time to explain everything thoroughly and put my daughter completely at ease. It didn’t feel rushed or pressured at any point. No tears just smiles. Thoroughly recommend ❤️

Perfect - the young lad approached with confidence and was entirely helpful from start to finish, had a lovely manner, and the gentleman working with him also most pleasant. Walked out with the battery replaced and links altered so I can wear my wristwatch again. Many thanks, and I know where to come next time.

As usual the staff were polite and fixed my necklace whilst I waited. The price was reasonable and the repair done perfectly. This is the best jewellers around.

The reason i have given one star is i was looking for a signet ring that was like my one i bought when i was younger when i went in to the shop pointed out the one the assistant asked my ring size i wasn't sure so she checked the ring in the shop was too small they then said one to be ordered in the assistant went to check came back and said sorry it can't be ordered in due to the price which was £19.99 i would have to buy something over £25 which i found was ridiculous that means if you want any ring that is not to expensive unfortunately fhinds won't order it due to price if that's the case then why haven't they got those rings of different sizes in the store i vowed to never go back even though i have saw rings that i would like and these ones are one hundred pounds i will take my business to an other jewellery store that would be happy to have my money what ever the price
