Vile Company bought a car from them 21 days later engine has blown up. Dropped car back since then No contact. Now going to small claims.
Keep well away. This company then demanded
£1,000.00 to put the car right. Luckily enough I went to my Bank, as advised by Citizens Advice. They then got my money back.

Please avoid using them , i went in Birmingham to their place i see 2 cars bmw q2 and seat altea . i scan with OBd2 the bmw problem woth PDf , i bought seat altea from them 5 days drive and the car needed clutch. I call them for the car they dont cover that . even if they say you have warranty , they lie , no warranty at all. Scam avoid

Unfortunately after a car fire I was desperate to source another car - otherwise I probably would have walked away mid viewing based on the none existent customer service.
Refused to allow me to test drive more than one - huge inconvenience for them despite me looking at spending £6500+?
Presented me with paperwork saying discs and break pads changed -
I’m just about to fork out on rear brakes that are currently metal on metal…. So definitely we’re not changed.
In addition, following a service at my local garage, they identified car has no prop shaft yet was sold as 4x4…
Still waiting on log book 7 weeks after purchase.

Avoid with all cost. They said you have 3 months warranty when you buy from them but then they said you have to pay extra.

There practices are illegal but when they have your money, you have no choice but to follow what they say. Sold me a car which lost all power on the drive home from the dealer. They diagnosed and fixed the problem but I didn't want the car back. We were stuck in Coventry for the evening and basically stranded with my wife and 4 year old.

Then they have the balls to deduct £200 from my refund because we didn't keep the car. Honestly the worst experience I have had buying anything in life and these are the people that give Birmingham a bad reputation. I am in the process of taking legal action to recoup my £200 plus further compensation for the experience and illegal practices

They are not the best, but they are not the worst. I chose to buy online and have the car delivered. So my fault some bodywork not perfect but the cars 10years and big mileage. But it was delivered quickly and very polite guy. Having to wait for log book but pleased with deal running well. Thanks Ali. John kimber peogout2008

awful. very dodgy. I know it's hard to find any second hand car dealers these days that are honest - but truly avoid these guys, they are cowboys. read the reviews that are already on auto trader - and be warned! they are very cagey about details. soon as you start digging asking questions they will fob you off. they want to be able to FLOG cars, not sell them. they know theyre stuff is overpriced and mostly faulty, but they wont tell you you will have to find out the hard way (after you've driven it away). dont be fooled by the glossy pics. move on - find another garage -DONT use this one. it will hit you in the pocket hard.
