This gym is amazing. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at.

Love this gym
The gym is always clean and tidy. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. I find the machines easy to use and the facilities are fab. Love this gym. Convenient location in the middle of pontypridd town too so easy to get to and find. Just love it!

Bars and Bells with Amy
29/03/24 16:45, with Amy. I did my first ever Bars and bells Session! Haven’t touched a bar without having back pain the next day, the relaxed environment encourages to go at your own rate so I felt safe. Very much enjoyed it, will go again :))
