Just the vibe that I walk into almost like a family 👪 aura. The best classes I've took is with helyn. The pt sessions boosted my confidence and she showed me that it's not about rushing it. It's about enjoying the process. She makes it fun aswell so it doesn't just feel like fitness isn't a barrier anymore. I used to dread getting up to goto the gym and I kept stopping and starting. However I get excited to beast myself under the instruction of Helyn. The other instructors are amazing but helyn just meets my needs emotionally and physically 💪💪💪💪🩵

Love this Gym, first one I've ever stuck with thanks to jenna of course, she was so kind and welcoming. Always helps if I need it and she makes the place feel very comfortable. She's definitely helped with my journey! Wouldn't gym anywhere else!

As for me; 😄 they've got the equipment I personally like, but I think they should provide customers with certain amount of welfare 🙂. Hopefully they'll do something about it 😉 in the nearest future

I'm a new member at energie in ponty, and it's such a friendly gym. I love the vibe there and staff are so helpful to get you started off. Can't recommend them highly enough. First time I actually enjoy going to the gym.

The gym is easy to get too and the people are amazing

What a lovely welcome from staff and members when I visited recently! The gym is so well set up, and the circuit class instructor used a variety of equipment to make a creative and fun session. There was a good sporty atmosphere - people were there to work not pose. A great mix of people of all ages. The equipment was extensive and top quality. Boxing bags, ski erg, concept 2 rowers, loads of TRX, medicine balls, sandbags, - you name it. Fab shower facilities too. If I was local I'd have joined on the spot. Will definitely go again next time I'm in the area.

Energie fitness Pontypridd is genuinely the best gym I've had been to. I first joined in February 2022, after already losing 10st, to boost my physical activity but most importantly, my confidence doing it. I joined an anxious wreck absolutely terrified of the place... Shout out to Andrea & Jenna, they've been very supportive throughout my gym journey!
The staff are extremely helpful, friendly & humble.
The environment is very clean, chilled, laid back & professional. The classes are brilliant as well!
I genuinely would recommend Energie Fitness to anyone. I can't speak highly enough about the place.

Fantastic gym! I was so nervous starting back after almost 10 years and illness. The staff were so amazing, put me at ease straight away and talked me through all the equipment and how to use it safely and properly. Can’t recommend enough, nothing is too much trouble for them and they are always available if u need a little help! 😊

I have recently joined and enjoying classes but missing attending some as class with others. Would recommend. Friendly staff/Instructors.

The atmosphere the warm welcome as you arriv,and the time the employees put in to people with disabilitys Evan anxious client they pick up on it very quickly and love seeing how much time is put in to cleanliness of the shower and toilet areas I love it there, brilliant gym and equipment I recommend to all types of people to get in ther x

Staff are excellent, but the gym is too busy.
Theres not enough equipment to satisfy the amount of people using the gym so you either have to wait, or just not finish work outs.
Had to change gyms in the end as I couldn't complete a workout with spending ages waiting in between

Everything is great apart from the changing rooms. They would be better if there was separate boys and girls

Never have I ever felt uncomfortable going into your gym by myself I felt a little nervous starting back the gym since covid but I am glad I did it! Such a friendly gym.

I like the fact that the gym opens at 6am so I’m able to do my session before going to work .

I’m an international student from Sri Lanka. I love to workout in the gym and great facilities, equipments and machines around. To be honest the staff is very friendly. I don’t remember his name, sorry ! Very genuine and a friendly and a pleasant person. I loved the customer service he provided towards me. I’m more than happy to recommend this gym to all my uni mates. I’m more than happy to workout there.

Very welcoming environment, helpful staff, great equipment, all at a great price

Other gyms I feel self conscious just by entering... but not at engerie everyone is so welcoming, if I look at a weight machine and think I don't know how to use that there is always a member of staff to show me how highly recommended
