Avoid unless you want to be disappointed
Despite asking for delivery in a Saturday and paying for 24 hours delivery. Hey waited until 17.20 on Friday evening to post my item meaning it arrived a day late.
The customer service I received was appalling, the agent I spoke to didn't want to listen to what I had to say and I had to write 7 messages before she finally understood and even then, I received copy and paste answers rather than an actual answer relating to my issue.
When the product finally arrived, it was extremely disappointing and looked nothing like the picture of what I ordered.
So all in all, for the price I paid, the product was of a terrible quality and the service was even worse.
Avoid this company at all costs.
