The gym isn't so bad
The gym isn't so bad, but I got told off like, I'm a child for doing pads workout, they couldn't even give me a valid excuse, saying I can't do it because it's against policies but I'm only doing it with a friend, I also checked the policy nowhere does it say you can't do pads but also I asked other energie gym other than Bedford branch if it was allowed and they were more than happy with it.

JAN Hi it’s very good gym,all of main dumbbells are available from 2kg to 50 kg.it’s convience for me this is enough✌️.Very friendly staff and helpful.All facilities are tide and clean well done.Only a little an issue is not enough machine I would definitely buy at least for abs and for chest do bottom chest work out and some bench which you can adjust completely down do chest press dumbbell 🎅🤞otherwise is very amazing gym!!I can highly recommend!

Good, practical gym
This is a great gym for building and maintaining your fitness, if you want a gym with good, modern equipment but without the big muscle gym bunnies. It's clean, it's got all the equipment you need both machines and free weights, training sessions and trainers.

Charged me double!
When I decided to quit at energie fitness, so member of energie fitness didnt give me notice before I quit, so how frustrated and stress I am, because of reasons they charged double without any reason they won't let me quit when i have a job for full time! They are not nice and uncomfortable!scammed! I highly recommend to do not join at energie fitness and I had bad experiences at energie fitness! I would never go there anymore!!

It seems the double charge you're referring to is in relation to our 30 day cancellation policy which is stated in our Member T&C's here: https://www.energiefitness.com/content/dam/energie-fitness/consumer/faq/Membership_Terms_and_Conditions.pdf . However, if you feel this is not the case please contact your former énergie Fitness gym and they will be able to go through your account payments with you.
