The equipment is kept clean, the staff and people are friendly.

Absolute disgrace of a ‘gym’ provides no introduction, no aircon and more like a youth club! The staff hang around the reception desk or sitting on equipment with their friends providing no help to members actually paying for their membership. Wishing the first week of signing up I had 3 calls asking the same questions, whilst working away another 2 calls asking why I haven’t been there and then a final call on a Sunday morning asking the same questions. Very unorganised and overall irritating experience. Attempted to cancel my membership due to feeling uncomfortable and somewhat harassed to receive emails from a different computer relating to my pre existing membership. Stay away

It’s a great place to workout and I feel at peace there, as I can do what I need to do and go, and all the staff members are very good and helpful to me thanks

When you enter the gym you are welcomed by the lovely staff another thing is everyone in the gym is friendly and smiles at you

The gym was a good places to do excise

In the Bedford gym I wish there was a leg adductor/abductor, and I really wish you had a hyperextension bench, those 2 would be great additions, the gym would be perfect equipment wise!
Also, I know this is a cheaper gym, but a polite notice to members to take a shower before gym as there are people around them feeling the smell and using the equipment, soap and water do miracles.

This gym lets under aged children sign up to join their gym, and don’t tell them it’s a 12 contract, also if you pay for a personal
Trainer and cancel 2 weeks that’s your fault and you can not reschedule the time so you’re out of pocket. You know these kids are under age and can not pay so why sign them up?? Tell them to come back at 18 then get your management company to send threatening emails?

I found the gym to be generally clean and the staff friendly, and the location is convenient. However, I did notice that there aren't many machines available for lower body training. As someone who's not very familiar with all the weights and equipment, I felt a bit lost trying to navigate what was available. It would be great if there were more options specifically designed for lower body workouts. Overall, I had a decent experience, but I do think the gym could benefit from having more equipment options.

The experince staff have left recently. Hygiene has deteriated in the toilets and black mould in showers. I have spoken to the manager last week. Today the toilet seat had dried urine splash. The black mould I used a wipe and it came off. I always saw previous staff cleaning the toilets. Mopping the flooors in the showers. Wiping the gym machines. Now it seem no one bothers.

Lovely team and good facilities at a fair price - more than happy with this gym and would recommend!
