Really poor service. At first everything seems fine as the staff are nice and the gym can be quite handy. However, I attempted to cancel my membership with them due to health reasons and they asked for proof of this, which I provided. They then continued to keep asking me for payment after I hadn’t been to the gym in two months. I was then called by the owner who stated I was verbally abusing his wife after simply stating that it’s poor service and disgusting to care more about the money than the health and wellbeing of their members. After not making record of the proof I sent over, they then asked me again to send proof of poor health over. This is by far the worst gym I have been to and it’s simply not worth paying less for. Pay for the better gym, trust me!

I've been attending the classes in the morning and I'm very impressed. The service is always so pleasant—I feel welcomed every time I come in. The trainers are the absolute best! They're not only incredibly knowledgeable but they also constantly share valuable tips that help me improve. Thanks to their expertise and genuine care, I can see my results getting better every day. This is a truly wonderful place to work out.

I would give Energie Fitness Bedford zero stars if I could. They advertise themselves as a “no contract” gym, but that’s completely misleading. When I tried to cancel, there was no clear or straightforward way to do so on their website. Out of frustration, I cancelled my direct debit - only to then be harassed almost daily with texts and emails over a single missed payment of £29.99.

Despite explaining multiple times that I was unable to find any cancellation option online and that I hadn’t used the gym at all since stopping payments, they still demanded I pay. Instead of being understanding or helpful, they continued to threaten me with debt collection over this small amount.

The whole experience has been stressful, unprofessional, and feels like a scam. I would strongly advise anyone considering joining the Bedford gym to stay away - there are far more transparent and customer-friendly gyms out there.

This gym has the best environment you could wish for all the staff are very friendly and are willing to help you out and offer advice if needed. Louis helped my form on dumbbell bench press and not only am I able to feel it in my chest more but I'm also able to lift more then I ever thought would.

Frustrating experience ever.
I enrolled in a flexible membership, submitted my cancellation request, and paid for the notice period. Now I’ve received a demand from a debt collection company to pay a £38 outstanding fee! While I was just two months at this gym, the monthly fee was £15, and I already paid £35 for those two months!

I’ve formally disputed it, but this is truly bizarre. Avoid this gym.

Excellent customer service. Experienced and supportive staff. My experience shows me how much effort they make to empower individuals. I'm very glad indeed that I found this gym.

My zone hasn’t been working for nearly 3 weeks now. It affects the classes, and anyone who wants to do the video classes in the Yard. Not good enough.

This gym is amazing. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at.

Nice operations. Cheerful and helpful staff. But more focus is needed on the toilets cleaning.

I wanted to participate in your club for one month, but after twenty days, you deducted money from my bank card and did not allow me to participate in the club, and you emailed me that I have to pay for the next two months. This is unbelievable.

The equipment are good and easy to understand. The environment is friendly and good.
To improve, maybe to put an instructor for everyone and just to learn how to do the exercises.
