Better options in Bedford than this gym
Small gym with mixed changing rooms which is a bit weird. Decent enough range of equipment and while it doesn’t get busy it’s good - can see it being a problem when it does though. It is a clean gym and everything seems to be new including showers.
The staff though, honestly so miserable, unfriendly and just stern faced. You’d think a new gym with barely any members and so much competition would focus on customer service but nope. Only going while it’s convenient, next few weeks leaving for a new gym.
Would I recommend? Not really, staff are too boring and have no personality. Honestly not worth it if you’re a regular gym goer.

Very nice gym
Very nice gym, all staff are really helpful. It's a nice environment compared to the usual big gyms which are packed with people. Personal training with Lee is great, very informative and supportive of all your needs and goals. Definitely recommend.

Really happy with the service and equipment…
Had a tour, then a trial training session. Both easy to book, and the team are super responsive to emails!
I’ve now joined as a Wow member and am really happy with it. The equipment is top class, with a great selection of free weights, machines and cardio equipment. I cycle loads and énergie has some amazing training bikes, which link to Zwift (if you like that sort of thing).
Shower area is decent and comfortable with private shower / changing rooms.
Being in the town centre is also handy for parking (free for two hours) and if you want to grab a post gym snack.
Join, and you won’t regret it!

the equipment is perfect, the staff are very knowledgeable, approachable and friendly, however the internet connection for the machines needs to be better as i can never connect.
