worst conveyencing experience I have ever have!
I have instructed them for a property purchase and before instructing them i have specifically asked them to take my approval for starting search. Then unluckily, we have to cancel the sale and when i have asked my refund for the money i have given to them, they have called me they have made the search!!! and i did not receive any report and i even can not login the tracker. I have called them that i can not login the tracker and they did not do anything on me!
Edit: and after i have chase after my closed case they charge me additional charge for closing the case! ( never been informed!!!)

I am Reda Chelfat, and I cannot thank Enact Conveyancing enough for their outstanding work on my recent remortgage, combined with a Transfer of Equity to remove my ex-wife’s share from the property title.
Special thanks go to Georgia Stansfield and the whole team led by Lauren, who guided me through every single step with patience, clarity, and great professionalism. They handled all the complexities of both transactions perfectly, kept me fully updated throughout, and explained every requirement clearly – including the witnessing rules and document process. Even when coordinating with my ex-wife’s solicitors to finalise the transfer, they worked efficiently to resolve every detail and get everything completed smoothly.
This was a very important and sometimes complicated process for me, and Enact made it far less stressful than I expected. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, and will definitely use them again for any future property work

Santander made the conveyancing process very easy and straightforward through Enact Conveyancing. From start to finish, everything was transparent, well organised, and simple to follow via their online portal. I also found the charges and legal fees to be competitive compared with other conveyancing services I have used previously, which was an important factor in my overall experience. Easy process, responsive team, would use again
Really easy process, Donna Hames managed our case and was very prompt with any queries we had. Everything ran really smoothly, to be honest, so smooth to the point it felt (as someone doing their first remortgage) that I must be missing something I needed to do, but no, come the remortgage date, everything went really smoothly!
We didn't select Enact, it was through Barclays but I would use Enact again quite happily.

Hit and miss for me
At first, everything was very slow and the portal wasn’t updated often. I found I was constantly asking for updates. I felt some staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. However, someone called Tom seemed to take over, he’s been brilliant, regular updates and has got things moving and sorted for me. Thank you Tom, you have made me see light at the end of the tunnel!!
