Good service door arrived on time and well packaged

Ordering was easy, although I purchased an additional item (8x4 plywood) that could not be delivered and had to contact customer service to get it refunded. Door is perfect. Packaging was perfect and protected everything. Only let down was lack of contact about delivery, courier just turned up. Lucky I was in.

Bought a lovely walnut door which matches our bedroom furniture perfectly.I couldn't find the door on any other website and we are very happy with it.

Only issue is the shipping cost to NI. This could be a factor when deciding on purchasing further doors.
