Domino's Pizza Reviews 

I ordered a pizza from Domino's and a sandwich. And now I'm getting spanned on a regular basis and their customer service and forces you to an email we have to answer 50 questions. They should not use my email that I used to order to spam me I unsubscribed but they still keep sending it. I'm done with Domino's.

Once again my order gets messed up the delivery guy had to go back to get the correct order, I'm hungry dang!

i put in an order for my son to pick up and when he walked 30 minutes to get there they said it had not been paid for. I paid online with a giftcard. Thankfully my balance was restored, however i used points to get a free 20 0z coke and that was still not given to him though it had been paid for and now my points are gone.

I was trying to order a pizza but said they were haveing problems so then we go to the store to order no one was at the front I saw one guy on his phone and the rest doing pizzas and I don’t know why no one was at the front takeing orders so I went back to the car and wanted to order car side delivery but but when I tried place ing the order it was loading so now I don’t evenknow if I wasted money on pizza I didn’t get

Order completely wrong.
Both pizzas wrong. Overdone. All wrong toppings.
Will never use Dominos again,

Dominos tv ads are not what you really get when ordered. Images are very descriptive. You don't get what they show. You get less and crappy pizzas, we have complained several times and get offered free pizza.
But even then it's all crappy....

I usually love your pizza, however the 2 I ordered tonight were the worst I've ever had. They were overcooked, dried out, no sauce on them. Horrible pizzas, ate 4 pieces of 2 pizzas and threw the rest away. Looks like another pizza pla e is in my future.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The store on Livingston Rd in Ft. Washington,MD has consistently horrible service. Place an order. Get a delivery window of 30-40min. Reasonable. Check back when the pizza hasn’t arrived and the delivery window has been updated to 2 HOURS later! The store has no delivery drivers but won’t tell you that. Called the store and was told the pizza is on the way but the app and the recording say it hasn’t been picked up yet. My food was made at 7:07pm and it’s now 8:33pm and IT HASN'T BEEN PICKED UP. So the gal at the store lied when she said it was with the driver. Took 7 tries to get the store to pick up the phone again to cancel my order. Poor Dante was kind and canceled my order and apologized but now I have to order from somewhere else and wait again. Three strikes. Never again.

Well, today I found out the entire Dominos tracking app is a sham! I ordered a pizza deal online and watched as the app said "Mohammed is making your pizza"' Pizza is in oven", "ready for pickup" . So I get to store and lo and behold... NO PIZZA... So what's wrong? It turned out that there was a technician in store fixing the AC and not a single pizza was made last 15 minutes! The whole "pizza tracking" nonsense is essentially just a "best guess time estimate as to when to go to store and maybe your pizza will be ready. What a joke. And to think I would actually sit and watch this thing progress! I had to cancel my order inshore in case they decided to make it later and then say I didn't come to pick it up. smh!!!

I order from online, app told me between 15-25 min, i went store after 15 minute and when i go there they just start making my order, take 35 more min to get 2 medium pizza, it was slow but taste was ok. Thanks for the 9$ deal

I know Domino's has to save money but to not put any tomato sauce on a pizza is unheard of. I have not bought any for a few months but recently bought and found no sauce on both. How can you make an Italian Pizza without sauce. I would not have minded if they told me up front or said there would be an extra charge but not happy. The service was good and polite but the pizza left something to be desired. Not sure of the date would have to look up giving you an estimate. In Kimball Tn

I went into Dominoes Maida Vale where I had the unfortunate experience of meeting the self-proclaimed manager named Bina. She definitely did not want to serve me.

She said she can’t take my order because there was too many online orders to complete. I asked if she did not want to serve another customer, she replied “you need to wait 30-40 minutes. During the conversation (not taking my order) she said it would take maybe 20 minutes then it became 25-30 minutes.

I started to believe she was the owner. Bina tried to tell me am not allowed to video the disgusting state of the work area and how they handle customers food when angry.

She gave me a large pizza with 5-6 pieces of pineapple and the same in ground beef. Photos attached

Ordered extra large half double pepperoni and half the works. There were barely any toppings on the deluxe side to where I could count three pieces of green pepper and two pieces of sausage in a total of four pepperonis on the entire half. The half side had at most two pepperonis per slice. There was barely any sauce and the crust.Tastes like cardboard. I contacted the store and they gave me a credit, and stated that that they would do better next time. A week later, I placed the replacement order. And it was the same or worse. They used to have a garlic, butter slathering on the edge of the crust, and they did not do that to either one of these pizzas. Domino's used to be top three of any chain back in the eighties, and then they fell off. They came back about 10 years ago. And had a flavorful offering of products but now they are worse than any frozen pizza that I have bought. They really need to step their game up or just go away.

Domino's in Dora Acts like if you have a specialty order, it's a huge problem or a damn safety concern! After sending my second Philly cheese Sub BACK, I then asked for a refund BC it still wasn't right!!!! THEN the smart mouth worker looks at me and says, THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT SANDWICH!!!! NOTHING, BESIDES, I ORDERED NO MUSHROOMS, LIGHT ONIONS, LIGHT BELLE PEPPER, AND MY BREAD NOT BLACK AND HARD!!!! BURNT! I'LL NOT BE BACK

Terrible. Worst pizza ever. We ordered the extravaganza and instead of good veggies we got dried up old terrible very old awful crap. We ended up throwing most of it away. We'll never order another Dominos pizza again!!

I have ordered pizza from our dominos in bay city mi and 3 times in a row the pizza was wrong! I even called the last time so they hopefully wouldn’t mess up. Well they messed it up again!! So unfortunately I will have to go elsewhere. 3 times in a row and pizza is not cheap so we’re done with dominos!

I tried to order 1 large pizza from Dominos on Cumberland Parkway in Mechanicsburg, PA.

What a bunch of jackasses.

They told me I didn't spend enough money to have it delivered.

And if you do become worthy of them...they are still gonna whack you with a $5.99 delivery fee.

What a bunch of A**HOLES!!!

I gave one star so to continue to give a review, or else it did not deserve it! What an awful looking and tasting pizza! Also, the driver did not want to deliver in the nursing home, he called me so that I would pick it up outside! Absolutely atrocious!

Not told a medium pizza always party cut! Need signage!!!

The taxi they provide take a long of time .
