Domino's Pizza Reviews 

The pizza (if you can call it that) was disgusting. The dough is like warmed up white bread, the sauce like ketchup. I had ordered one pizza with olive and green pepper, the other with onion and green pepper. From what was on my pizza, I assume that the one green pepper they buy last them about a month. The same goes with the onion. I am not sure they had one olive for the entire 2 pizzas.
The only people that buy these pizzas have no idea what pizza is. When you go to pick up your pizza bring a green garbage bag...that's where it belongs.
Since then, I get emails that I have points to use...yeah right. I cannot find a way to unsubscribe in the email or on my account. Great job Dominos...and all this after you bragged that you changed your pizza...WOW

Why is the food so greasy? Pizza is supposed to be baked, not fried. It’s not a plate of French fries.

Despite their website displaying a half and half pizza as their only featured pizza on their main page of their website, even if you walk into the store in person you will be informed that they cannot in fact manage to make a simple half and half medium pizza to order... unlike just about every other pizza business in existence.

Not only is Domino's Pizza at the top end of costly products, but it is surely one of the most dishonest, duplicitous, anti-service and deliberately obstructive outfits out there. They bombard you with alleged special offers to "build your own" pizza for $9.99 - BUT then they try to rush you more than $38.50 (more than four times the offer) with no explanation - just a take it & leave us alone attitude.
And when you try to query, you are subjected to the online version of water-boarding - hostile interrogation by a third-rate chat-thing deliberately programmed to chase you away having to supply intensely pesonal information ... which ultimately gets you nowhere.

No! Definitely no more ordrs from this household!!

Last pizza I ordered wasn't fresh. Actually, they inserted slices from other pizzas to make the circle. I'm disappointed.

Aliquippa Pennsylvania dominos sucks, always takes over an hour to get delivery and it is 3 minutes down the road. It will say it’s on it way and then not leave the store, order will show up an hour later with a car full of people.

My husband and I just moved to the Algood area. We have been unpacking and moving all weekend! We ordered pizza today and the food was hot and delicious!! The driver was really friendly! When we sat down to eat I realized my sauces were forgotten. Not even 5 mins later the door bell rang and it was the driver with my sauces!! I was thankful he took the time to come back! Really happy with the service from them in Algood!!

I ordered on the app at the Santee location on mast blvd. And apparently I selected NO SAUCE. WHO orders pizza without sauce!? Anyway, upon filing a complaint via dominos website I find out that Santee is independently owned. So, nobody else ever reached out because it’s obvious nobody cares there. Bottom line.. order pizza somewhere else! Maybe until they do care.

Just had pizza From Domino's March and I swear they have run out of BBQ sauce, tomato sauce and cheese, it's not like it's cheap either. Think I'm making my own from now on.

Everything was good but I ordered a ceaser salad from the store on front street in philipsburg pa but when it got here or was like a salad you could hey from the grocery store pre made and one of the dressings was cut open and it was all through the bag also had brown lettuce in it so not recommend

Davinda delivered our meal this evening.
The food did not take very long to prepare and deliver - about 20 minutes in all.
Everything is correct, neat, and was very easy to receive and to handle.

I’m okay to live in a world where average pizza exists, but that sour dough advert makes me violently ill, whoever created that monstrosity deserves to be exiled from life. For every time I hear the advert = 1 more year of not eating domino’s.

Dominoes Pizza in Fresno located at 1129 C St. Order two $7.99 both of the pizzas came without sauce on them, just dry bread and toppings. Reported it tried to offer supposedly a free pizza with qualifying purchase, that's not free. Top it off the delivery person took money out of my account and gave himself a tip. My total was $28.14, look at my account said $30.14. Call back the manager told me what happen, I told her that was theft. Why did the delivery driver have access to my information. Anyway I reported it to Dominoes Coporate office and waiting for them to respond.

5 stars for Dominos Newcastle- Heaton branch!
The pizzas arrived efficiently still piping hot as advertised, the pizza tracker kept me updated and removed any uncertainty I had!
Alongside this the delivery person was pleasant at the door

10/10 experience and will be ordering again

I ordered Philly cheese steak and kinda disappointed when you get a Philly cheesesteak sandwich it's loaded with me and cheese and onion The one I got from Domino's may have had one slice of meat and a little bit of cheese and a little bit of veggies yeah I wouldn't call that a Philly cheesesteak and everybody knows how they're made maybe they need to add few more ounces of meat then it might be worth doing again

I placed order at Garfield road, Clinton township, Mi half an hour ago. Waiting there more than another half an hour to get the pizza. Worst experience ever had. No customer care and the guy at the counter is very rude.

Driver rang bell once, then banged on door aggressively. When I asked him not to bang, he refused to hand over the pizza, sat in his car for two minutes, then called me to come outside. I no longer trusted the food was safe. Shop claimed a refund was initiated but I’ve received no confirmation.

Messed up our order then lied about fixing

22nd St. store saskatoon...Ordered Large 14"pepperoni feast with the extra pepperoni and cheese...paid $25 total and received a 12" without enough pepperoni to even be noticed...and cheese was like onion skin, the hand tossed crust was tough. 0 on a scale of 1 to 10. If travelling to this city...pick someplace worth your money and experience.

I orders a pizza Saturday for my grandkids. Didn't get here for how I'm half and instead of making fresh pizza after I had talked to the manager Rob, they brought the one that had been sitting there that whole time. They still haven't issued my refund and keep saying it was cancelled, well cancelling it there don't put money back in my account. I honestly think their trying not to give to me but I spoke with consumer affairs and when they name a contract like a promise to refund they can't renege it's a violation of Continuer protection laws. So if I don't have my refund by tomorrow I'm contacting BBB and OSHA cause my grandkids had to eat that hour and half old pizza that was cold and hard and so was their dessert. I will never order from the one on Cumberland again. And two managers I've spoken with that said they talked to district manager and I've still not received refund. What's wrong with that picture. Will not order from there again and I won't stop until I get my money back $28 is alot of money to me.
