OMD, The quality of the Pizzas I picked up today were shocking, More like £1.99 pizzas from a cheap supermarket rather than the "Dominoes experience" Won't be rushing back to the Kirton shop anytime... See more

The Loughborough south store were…
The Loughborough south store were polite, friendly and extremely helpful. On entering I was welcomed by a lovely lady everywhere was clean and tidy
Vegan or plant based - don't bother.
Just ordered a gluten free pla based pizza as I have before & that's not what I got. Ridiculously thin weird texture & over peppered. Only half my wedges were cooked, £20 down the drain - Haywards Heath branch.
Rectified instantly, very happy
I ordered my pizza, and within 30 minutes it arrived. Unfortunately 1 portion of fries was missing. The delivery driver was very apologetic, he gave us extra dips to say sorry. He rectified the problem instantly, the missing portion of chips was on route after a quick phone call back to base. With some complimentary warm cookies too.
Domino’s absolutely despicable
NEVER order dominos pizza! This afternoon I returned home, and found a Domino advertising leaflet put through my letterbox!!
Now, I have a sign on the outside of the letterbox, that states; No Junk Mail, No Food Leaflets.
What part of that do their leaflet deliverers not understand???
I am so disappointed and heartbroken that, despite me putting that no junk mail on my letterbox I am still receiving Dominos food leaflets. I do not want to order from you, so please stop delivering your leaflets to addresses that have; ‘No Junk Mail, No Food Leaflets’.
I absolutely hate company’s that think they can do as they please, to a house that has specifically requesting NOT to receive them.
I urge anyone considering ordering a Dominos, not to, or you will be hounded by their food leaflets!!!!
⭐ 1-Star Review Domino’s Pizza (Snodland) charged me twice due to a clear app error.
⭐ 1-Star Review
Domino’s Pizza (Snodland) charged me twice due to a clear app/payment error. I refused the duplicate order and never received it, yet the store refused a refund and offered no escalation or support.
Duplicate charge + no delivery + no resolution = unacceptable. Customers beware: issues caused by their system are left entirely on you.
Not a good pizza experience
Pizza ordered via the App, cooked quickly, friendly staff.
However, pizza was tasteless, far worse than a supermarket one, worse than a frozen one. Did not taste of anything, topping barely covered the base.
Really disappointed with the pizza.
Would have given a no star rating if it were posible.
Staff member- Nandu
I am a regular at the Fleetwood Domino’s and I have been for almost a year now 😋
After tasting many different pizzas especially the special pizzas that are available me and my amazing daughter have settled on a 2 topping pizza with a stuff crust and I can honestly say we haven’t had 1 bad pizza.
Nandu is a very friendly, professional staff member who ALWAYS makes a little time to have a quick chat which I really appreciate and it’s that level of customer service that keeps me going back to that store. If it’s slammed when I go to the store Nandu will come say hello, ask how I am then get back to preparing perfection. He also engages my daughter when we both go in and that is helping my daughter with her confidence.
Food is amazing
Staff are amazing
Store is very clean
You owe me a refund for two drinks
You owe me a refund for two drinks. Every time I order Cinni dippers, Tonypandy Domino’s never gives the dipping sauce to go with it; what’s the point in calling it “Cinni dippers” if you’ve got nothing to dip with?
Wait was 40 minutes and it says that it…
Wait was 40 minutes and it says that it would take 9 to 14,😡
fast service delivery is there…
Great fast service delivery is there very quick. Delivery driver Ann is very friendly and is a credit to the company. I only wish all delivery drivers were like Ann. Will definitely use dominoes again.
Not like before!
They’re quality and standards downgraded significantly.
Apparently they are too tight to put enough toppings on pizza.
They delivered half garlic bread half pizza to us!
If you complain all they do is offering a voucher code with full t&c on it!
Rubbish company
Dominos is a scam
I got ham and cheese dough balls they where tiny and they cost 6.99 this is disgraceful they used to be way bigger this is appalling. Will not go back
Middleton branch
This review relates specifically to the Domino’s Middleton branch.
I’ve ordered from this branch many times over the years and have usually had good experiences, which made this particular order even more disappointing. The pizza arrived severely undercooked and was completely inedible – the base was slimy with raw dough and the toppings looked pale and barely cooked. In the end, almost £25–£30 worth of food had to be thrown straight in the bin.
I contacted support through the app and was directed to complete an online form. The response I received stated that the product was “within the range they would expect,” which was quite concerning given the condition of the food. I replied explaining in more detail why the order was not acceptable, but unfortunately I never received any follow-up.
It’s frustrating because this branch has normally been reliable, but both the quality of the food and the way the complaint was handled have been very disappointing.
I would appreciate this being reviewed by management, as the response received so far does not reflect the level of quality or customer service I would expect. I’d be happy to update this review if the issue is properly investigated and resolved.
So yesterday we ordered two large…
So yesterday we ordered two large veggie volcano and garlic bread and some wedgies and trust me they’re absolutely lovely. I really enjoyed it and I will order again soon yesterday it was Mother’s Day so I got that treat. Thank you Dominos.
Wouldn't take an order over the phone
Wouldn't take an order over the phone. Had to spend ages on the app. Then it chose the wrong shop nit sure if it used my post code but that wasn't where I was. Realised straight away but no way to correct on the app and the store wouldn't just ring the other and move the order. They wouldn't refund the money for 4 days and I couldn't afford to order twice So had to travel miles to deliver cold pizza to my niece who was waiting all this time. They don't even try andbr helpful. No offer to deliver or change store or immediate refund. But they can take money immediately. Maybe I should pay 4 days later. Won't be repeating this experience.
Overpriced and rubbish quality
Dominos used to be a fun, affordable option for a night in and the food wasn't bad. Now it's so overpriced and for what? Luke warm food that tastes of nothing and makes me feel like crap afterwards. If you're not going to improve the quality of your food then bring the prices back down. If you can't bring the prices down then invest in quality ingredients and find ways to keep the food warm.
No paypal payments
Disappointed to find you can no longer pay via PayPal. So won't be ordering as much now as my preferred way to pay.
Have sent 6 emails to “customer…
Have sent 6 emails to “customer services” no reply, copied Ian Bull the CEO again nada!
Why have a customer service department that offers no service!
Domino's, Oban…
I live in a location where we don't have easy access to national chains so Dominos opening in Oban was big news. I ordered through the app for the first time and found it uncomplicated and very easy. When I collected at the requested time the gentleman was polite and friendly and handed me my order which was piping hot. The pizza itself was so-so and a little undercooked. It's been a few years since I've ordered from this chain but I'm fairly sure large used to mean, well, large and not what used to be a medium. I'd also ordered the Cadbury creme eggs cookie and they were tiny. Half an egg inside and at 7.99 for the portion a woeful over pricing of the product. The order itself came to £36 (it was only these two items and an extra dip) and pleasant enough but definitely won't bother again. I know it's franchised and the prices and products themselves are dictated by 'head office' but paying nearly half of a weekly food budget for essentially some dough, sauce and vegetables (no meat) is ludicrous. Glad I did it as now I know and will enjoy but won't be back.
