It's a scam!
I tried to book a hotel three time, but each time my reservation was suspended because the price on the website didn't match the actual rate- they were offering me a much higher rate!
It's a complete scam!

I had 2 bookings but 1 scamed
I had 2 bookings: 1 for 4 people and the other for two people, same dates. When I arrived the hotel , they just have only the booking for 4 people and nothing for the 2 people. I whatsapp destinia and got an automatic message that only monday to friday, and this happened a Saturday. Then, when I claim it, they told me that I didn't need that room and bla bla bla, and never resolve it not even refund it. My son went to another hotel and must paid for it

After all these years, decades!, one can still trust not only how easy and quick is to book getting a proper confirmation but how no shady practices are behind as in many other providers or even "vacation rentals" managers offering already booked properties, overbooking (not only double but multiple) to decide which to give, if, ... all while payment has been made (registered on your online bank) and who knows when they give it back, if; even on hotel websites, their systems lure you with attractive rates but payment never go through (no matter how, who, when, with what, how many tries)and when calling directly to the hotel, they would happily book for you but at much higher rate despite and not acknowledging their online system not working.

I booked a hotel in Brussels as they showed a campaign fee at 60€, then they tried to charge 30€ more for no reason. Following, they just cancelled my booking and still didn’t receive my money back.
Worst hotel booking platform experienced so far.
