I don't understand the very high score for Destinia.
I tried to book a flight+hotel yesterday but something went wrong. Ok, this can happen with every company. I got a message "do not try again, try to contact us". To begin with, you can not find any email adress to contact them so you need to call. I have to admit there was a quick respons on the telephone. The man told me "they will call you back in 5minutes" but 5 minutes became 40 minutes! Then I got a call to confirm my booking. I thought this was fine but the man began to retake all the booking steps. English isn't my mother language and wasn't his and I had to spell the travellers names, this was doomed to be wrong. Then the man didn't understand I just wanted 1 luggage for 2 persons. In the end, already doubting about my booking being incorrect, the man asked my credit card data. So, in this time of fraud, I refused. We are 2019 so a booking by telephone is not OK for me. I said I wanted to cancel the booking. I tried to contact the hotel instead but Destinia called me more than 4 times again to confirm my booking. The last time, I managed to make clear I didn't want to confirm by telephone and they let me alone.
Now I send an email to the clientservice emailadress which they answer on the bad reviews here. But they still didn't answer me.
I am still waiting on a confirmation of the cancellation by email so I can try to book again online.
Prices are getting higher....
Very disappointed in Destinia, very disappointed in H10 because they work with them...

I got an email with the confirmation of the cancellation and I tried to book again. Everything went fine now.
I changed the stars from 1 to 3.
