we have not canceled the booking. You did that because you could not help us further. we have received a discount of 10% which is not enough. only my telephone bill costs 183.96 just by calling you. in the end you were unable to arrange your adem & eve but also not another hotel. I want you to pay back my telephone bill of 183.96 and give a 30% discount

Best service I ever experienced

Best service I ever experienced! I did a mistake and booked with Destinia for the wrong date and realized this only at the date of arrival. Destinia did everything for me to correct my mistake. Contacted the hotel and so on and so forth! And they helped me out and managed a rebooking for me! Many thanks for this! This was the best service I ever experienced with a travel agencies and I stay every year about 150 nights in a hotel!

Hidden charges

I tied booking a $3 ticket for Ryanair. Without My knowledge I was charged $12 for the ticket + $10 for destinia. I feel robbed

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish. I found a good short break hotel for €94. Put through my MasterCard details and got "We're sorry! We are having problems processing your request. Please try again in a few minutes".
I checked my bank account to make sure that the money had not been taken and then left it a few minutes and tried to book again using " PayPal ". The price now was €105.
Again got the same " We're sorry etc".
Checked PayPal to make sure the money hadn't been taken and tried my MasterCard again triple checking my input. Again the We're sorry message appeared. The price had now gone to €108.
Each time the pages had refreshed but each time there was a quote "last booked 10 hours ago"
How could the price continually increase without letting me book and yet the last booking was always 10 hours ago.
So has you can see my very first experience of this company has been fantastic!!.

Booking the wrong date. Thanks for nothing.

I booked online and got a mail that my booking could not be confirmed. A bit later an employee contacted me by mail and asked me if I still want to do the booking (note, that there was no date of whatsoever in his mail). I confirmed and got a booking confirmation for a wrong date. I wrote back and asked them to please correct the date or cancel the booking but they declined to changed anything, because my booking was not refundable.

UPDATE: In reply to Destina. I talked with your customer support for several weeks, so I would be surprised if this changes anything (and sad if your really have to post a bad review to get things moving).

Confirmation by telephone in 2019????

I don't understand the very high score for Destinia.
I tried to book a flight+hotel yesterday but something went wrong. Ok, this can happen with every company. I got a message "do not try again, try to contact us". To begin with, you can not find any email adress to contact them so you need to call. I have to admit there was a quick respons on the telephone. The man told me "they will call you back in 5minutes" but 5 minutes became 40 minutes! Then I got a call to confirm my booking. I thought this was fine but the man began to retake all the booking steps. English isn't my mother language and wasn't his and I had to spell the travellers names, this was doomed to be wrong. Then the man didn't understand I just wanted 1 luggage for 2 persons. In the end, already doubting about my booking being incorrect, the man asked my credit card data. So, in this time of fraud, I refused. We are 2019 so a booking by telephone is not OK for me. I said I wanted to cancel the booking. I tried to contact the hotel instead but Destinia called me more than 4 times again to confirm my booking. The last time, I managed to make clear I didn't want to confirm by telephone and they let me alone.

Now I send an email to the clientservice emailadress which they answer on the bad reviews here. But they still didn't answer me.
I am still waiting on a confirmation of the cancellation by email so I can try to book again online.
Prices are getting higher....

Very disappointed in Destinia, very disappointed in H10 because they work with them...

Update:
I got an email with the confirmation of the cancellation and I tried to book again. Everything went fine now.
I changed the stars from 1 to 3.
Looking forward to our trip and I hope everything is ok.
