Excellent service, and delivered what it promised
I had never heard of Destinia, and saw a discount hotel price on Destinia (maybe through a Trivago search, I don't remember) for a very nice hotel in Aruba that seemed almost too good to be true. But the reviews on TrustPilot (which I had successfully used before for other services) convinced me to roll the dice.
I'm glad I did! As it turned out, Destinia delivered everything it promised. When I checked into the hotel, I was braced for at least a minor hiccup. But no hiccups, no problems, no extra charges or fees. I was treated like any other guest, and registration was smooth. My room was fully paid for, through Destinia. I will use Destinia again -- depending upon the price!

I am very disappointed
I am very disappointed. I booked a Valentine's weekend for our35 anniversary. Didn't notice the website jumped to March. ( I repeated it today and the same think happens when I search February dates). I contacted Destinia and was told to cancel....no refund. I asked out of goodwill to ask the hotel to change dates (to tomorrow) but they insist I cancel. I don't want a refund....I just want a booking for this weekend. It's very low season. No goodwill. I phoned the hotel and they said Destinia can request a change but they seem unwilling

I was going to give them a 5 star…
I was going to give them a 5 star review as their customer service was very good. However the airline cancelled the flight and offered full refund. Destinia who had bought the flight via another agency refunded the portion they had paid the other agency. But kept $225.00 stating these were non refundable taxes . This is invalid. They then charged a $75.00 admin charge. I understand they need to make $ , but this is not correct. Now they don’t respond.
