tv aieral
I rang up this company after i saw it online.
I explained to Kerry id had two nights of broken sleep due to my tv aieral was loose and making an awful noise.
The service i recieved was superb!! I had a phone call from the engineer( Richard/Nik) saying they had arrived and was up on the roof. Explained there and then the cost and would i like to go ahead with the works..
To sum up..

Another brilliant customer service provided. Ben as previously, delivered a quality and very helpful service. Very professional, I had a deadline to meet and the whole team sorted a date and time to ensure I could achieve the deadline. Nothing is too much and you do feel that you,as a customer , really does matter. I have now used this Company 3 times and they are consistent in their excellent customer service. Always my 1 and only company i reach out to for my technology issues. If you haven't used them I would recommend your give them that call. You won't be disappointed.

Professional & friendly.
I spoke to a very pleasant lady on the Wednesday, to arrange to have an outdoor aerial fitted, we agreed for the following Tuesday as I had various commitments. On Thursday I had call to say if I was free could an engineer come round, he did, quoted me a very good price, less than an hour later all done, and set up a tv recorder for me . Brilliant job, would highly recommend.
