Rang up on Monday morning couldn't get anything on the TV the lovely lady said someone would be able to come Tuesdays but if someone had got some time I may be able to be slotted in !! Great experience from start to finish. Phone picked up straight away and ladies in the office very helpful & fast at booking job in. Communication throughout was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable engineers & electricians wall mounted 4 TVs & dealt with any problems that arose on the job. Tidy and efficient workers, would 100% use again.

A proper honest job done. Called yesterday and spoke to very polite and professional member of their team who said they would send an engineer out the next day. The engineer was polite, arrived when he said he would. Gave an honest quote and completed the work there and then. Could not fault the service provided. 100% recommend and will use again if needed.

Intermittant TV problems fixed
I started having problems with my TV signal early last week so on Wednesday 17 September I rang DD aerials to book an appointment. Dave turned up bang on time at 08:00 this morning, assessed the problem and fixed it, charging what I thought was a very reasonable price for climbing on the roof and fitting a new booster. Well done to the team for giving a responsive, timely, excellent service

Great Service
We struggled with Wi-Fi in our house because it’s an Edwardian house and quite long.
We had the survey and the work done and the Wi-Fi has been absolutely superb ever since.
We had a bit of an issue with something that wasn’t totally their fault as it was to do with Home Connect and The Wi-Fi and they’ve sorted it out without any hassle whatsoever

The man who came to do the work (sorry I’ve forgotten his name) was thorough and knowledgable. He worked hard to find solutions to a tricky problem.

Great job well done
Rob explained what I needed to replace my aerial and install a second TV point. He worked hard to complete the job inspite of some very poor weather conditions. He treated our house with respect and left everything clean and tidy. Price was also competitive.

After contacting Check a Trader I got an immediate response from Elaine at Digital Direct who was very helpful and organised an engineer's visit for the next day but then phoned later in the day to say an engineer was available and Richard arrived that afternoon and solved our problem very efficiently and at a good price. We highly recommend this company
