Another great job completed in short time by a very professional team member. This is the fourth separate job completed successfully by Digital Direct. Pricing seems very fair for the complexities of the projects.

We had a starlink satellite system fitted by digital direct and the engineers were excellent, so skilled and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. They did a very neat and tidy job and helped us set everything up. Would highly recommend them.

A really good and professional service. Arrived ahead of schedule. Gave me an accurate assessment of the work that needed doing and completed the job efficiently. They didn’t try to sell me a new aerial that wasn’t required. The price was reasonable.

From when I called to when the job was done, was only a day. Richard came, give me a quote, I accepted and he installed straight away. He did a first class job, was very tidy and pleasant. I would recommend this company as I would definitely use again without hesitation if I needed them.

Had Rob and Sam visit today to look at fixing poor TV reception, after the wife remembered the work in the loft conversion, they lifted the Lino, opened up a floor panel and found the failed head component. New item installed floor replaced and TV signal perfect.

Hot day, both lads were melting, so supplied pints of ice cold drinks to keep them hydrated. Remember to look after your workers.

Great communication and flexibility in arranging the engineer's visit. When the engineer came, he was polite, friendly and worked really hard to find a solution to our aerial problem. Would definitely recommend!

Great service. Digital Direct were very friendly over the phone and the engineer was also very pleasant and had no issues replacing my very old TV antenna. He placed the cable exactly where I needed it without any fuss. Job was complete in about an hour. If you have an ageing antenna/cable and have been struggling with reception then Digital Direct will sort it out!

Had a slumped terrestrial TV aerial on my roof, the customer services team have been outstanding from start to finish and the engineer who attended was timely, polite and efficient, he diagnosed it as an issue with the U bolt and advised it would cost the same to repair or remove the aerial (~£100 inc. VAT), I elected repair and this was completed in minutes, now looking safe and secure up there.
