Engineer (Richard), was polite and professional. He completed the work after discussing options with me, allowing me to make an informed decision. He then provided a new dish as well as raising the height. The workmanship was to a high standard and he took away the old dish also.

Aerial for Freeview Play.
Having decided to ditch Virgin Media we needed an aerial for Freeview Play. Andy, very polite and friendly young man, arrived on time, discussed our options, agreed on a price and he worked very efficiently and tidily. From our initial call to Digital Direct we were kept "in the loop" about our appointment and Andy rang 30mins before to let us know he was on his way. Excellent attention to detail. Would recommend Digital Direct.

Really great service
Really great customer service - I sent a WhatsApp enquiry which was responded to immediately. The engineer that came round (sorry I forgot your name!) was great, did the job in the blink of an eye, quickly removing an old aerial from a very high chimney. Very reasonably priced - I would not climb a ladder that high for any money!

Richard came out the next day & established the fault very quickly, which was the amplifier. Soon rectified and all TV channels back working. Would highly recommend them as we have used them for about 7 years now.
