Poor customer support
I bought a product from them which was branded 'Kennedy' - Cromwell said this was their own brand name. The instruction booklet contained no contact details of who to go to for support and it was not very clear on some points. The device had to be loaded with a cartridge which involved unscrewing the top. The top was so tight , however, that I could not budge it with my hands . I rang Cromwell for assistance and the operator referred my inquiry to their technical team - but they never got back to me.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the instruction booklet and understand how frustrating it must have been when you were unable to remove the top of the device to load the cartridge.
