The web site is a little slow but product and service are excellent>

The order has not been fulfilled, and I have had no updates about why this has happened.
I have used Coffeelink for years, and this is the first problem I have ever had with them.

If you like coffee this is the site for you. You will experience large variety of coffees.

I currently subscribe to the monthly roasters choice and I love the anticipation of a new area and a new flavour. I have yet to be disappointed.

First and foremost the beans. All are such high quality and at a fair price. They also have an appreciation for the growers and have close relationships with them.
Every aspect of my contact with them leaves me satisfied. They care for everyone involved in the chain and that shines through in the cup.

Customer service, the coffee, and the packaging are all good. The issue I've had is having to call in to ask when my order would ship as it has fallen through the cracks and not fulfilled multiple times.

Very reasonable prices, amazing choices and very good quality. Once you submitted your selection the system does the rest for you, they follow up your order until your you receive your coffee. They made the whole system as simple as possible.

Very easy to order coffee on the excellent website. I have a subscription and always order Indian Mysore coffee, which I love. Very prompt delivery in good sturdy packaging, without plastic, which is great.
