After our father passed away we realised that the firm he had made his will with was no longer in business. Being in the legal sector myself, I was able to track down the will and papers to Chad Law. As we didn't want to do the probate ourselves, we decided to leave the papers where they were and have Chad Law to carry out the probate. So glad we did. I cannot praise Ellie and the team enough. Everything was handled quickly and professionally from initial meeting to completion of the house sale and distribution of funds. Ellie kept us informed throughout and was only a phone call away. Absolutely top notch. Probate does take time but it was all sorted much quicker than we expected and without a hitch. It definitely made an unpleasant situation an un-stressful process. Howard took over the administration of an estate after our initial lawfirm had failed to deal with matters, and then send in an estimate which was completely off the scale.
He gave a firm estimate which we agreed, and dealt with all of the work to necessary to conclude the estate exactly as he had suggested. Within a short time he had spoken to all the beneficiaries, finalised the tax position and made the final distribution. A 'class act'!

My husband and I decided it was time to update our wills, and appt was quickly made,then from initial appt to returning to sign,it took just a couple of weeks
