We had a renting for 116 euro for 3 days, with a pick up and return in different places. According to your website it was the "best rated" client. We payed the amount, but once there we had to pay the extra 78 euro for returning the car in a different place. It was "clear" in the pdf you attached us, but I felt cheated by your interface. I choose in your site what I want, and you tell me a price, but then the real price is 73 euro plus without me asking for an extra? I'd preffer you don't let me chose the return to a different station or notify me of the final price.
It is the second time we are disappointed by reselleres in Carigami, so I am learning to rather go straight to the source.

When you make a reservation on our website, the one way fees are indicated below the price of the offer. Once the reservation is made, you receive an email of your request, and the one way fees are mentinned again.
We can't include this amount in the price of the offer because this is the policy of the car rental.

Finally always the same story: you arrive to the office and they always try to make you inconfortable and you discover that the insurance "complete" is not included everything, that the gps there was not in the reservation, the gasoil is not full, anyway everything was fine at the end!

it can happen that the car rentals tries to sell you additional options on site, but you have to refuse them as you did.

When I've arrived to the airport the agency was closed (they close at 20:00 but on the web site it says 22.00). My flight was delayed 1.30h and I have tried several times to call the agency FIREFLY and nobody answer. In the end I had to rent another car 4x more expensive, and even though I already wrote a complaint on costumer service nobody seems to care, as I did not have any answer yet.

Polite, efficient, good value- great place to rent a car!
I would absolutely recommend Thrifty in Martinique. They are easy to find, very efficient and the staff speaks English. Pick-up and drop-off were very quickly done and well organised. Will definitely rent our next car with them on our next visit!
