I have awarded Jackie 10 stars because I had a frustrating problem with my account which no one was able to help me with and Jackie spent a very long time investigating it for me.
In the end she managed to solve the problem and I was given the refund due to me. I can quite understand why she is ‘at the top of the Customer Services tree’ and I am extremely grateful to her for her hard work on my behalf.

Slow customer service
We’ve used LPG for our central heating for 16 years and always swapped between Calor and Flogas.
We found Calor to be the better organised company and felt they looked after us better.
However, after not hearing anything for 5 weeks after I sent my renewal papers off I sent them an email to see if there was a problem. Another week has passed and still not got a positive response from them. I hope they haven’t got as bad as the other company!

They don’t deserve any stars but no option given.
After ordering gas on 10th July they delivered our gas in error to our son on 31st July, have put his review and Calor response below. After getting in touch with them they requested our tank no this was sent by return
We heard nothing from them at all. Have today managed to get in contact with them and they now tell us that we haven’t any gas ordered(despite my son having an email from them saying it would be re delivered to his parents) but will put a new order in and it should be with us by 2nd Sept. I asked if we could have our gas at the same price they have offered my son but they have refused this as ‘ours is a new order’ and his was an unrequested delivery so we will be paying a lot more ppl. We have received no explanation or communication from Calor despite what was said in their reply to my son.

Delivered Gas to my tank instead of my parents. Failed to deliver any kind of delivery note to indicate how much gas was delivered and at what cost, emailed about 3 days later to say they are looking into a possible wrong delivery (3 Aug). I replied same day and yet on the 11 Aug I'm still waiting any further contact. Shocking company.

Hi Chris,
In relation to delivery notes, Calor switched to paperless notes last year, with customer's automatically receiving them via email. Of course, if a customer does not have an email address, there is an option to post them out.
Furthermore, delivery notes never show pricing. Pricing for deliveries are shown on account statements for Domestic customers.
In regards to the delivery issue, if this has occurred, I can only apologise. I've requested your details so that I can contact you, and then look into the potential delivery issue, however, if you're not a related on the account, I won't be able to discuss account specifics, but I will be able to detail my findings to you parents.

In reference to the review by Chris that you've included in your review, I requested his details so that I could investigate the issue further.
Despite Trustpilot allowing a 72-hour response window, Chris did not respond, meaning I was unable to proceed with the investigation.
As Trustpilot usernames do not always correspond with the name registered on a customer’s account, it is simply not possible to locate an individual in our system without the information requested.
It may therefore be worth contacting Chris directly and asking him to check the email address associated with his Trustpilot account, as this is where my request for further details would have been sent.

Had a tank exchanged today. Peter & Adrian arrived came unexpectedly after a cancellation. They assessed it quickly and just got on with the job, positive attitude and good funny guys, even though one of them was from Cornwall and complained about the Devon lanes ! Top lads - enjoy retirement !
