Professional and police.
Andy, Gareth and Jordan came to my property to paint/repair my gas tank. They were very polite and professional. Ive made them aware I have little baby in the house which was sleeping at the time, they said they will try to keep the noise down, we've heard nothing. Once repair completed they called me over to show me what they did and ran me through a safety procedure. They are a credit to the company. Thank you guys

Unresolved account discrepancy
I would give zero stars if I could.
I am on a metered bulk supply with Calor and have had a payment in dispute with them since April 2026. I have called their call centre on numerous occasions to seek an explanation, raised a complaint for the lack of resolution and sent various messages asking for updates. The outstanding payment was referred to a credit management company in May 26 and then rescinded again by Calor while they investigated the issue. However, the issue remains unresolved with zero comms from Calor customer service. Shocking service. I would go elsewhere but I cannot change supplier because of our location in the Highlands.
