Very positive experience. Driver was quick and efficient in dealing with the delivery and was very friendly and informative. The property is situated on a small sometimes busy country lane but the driver was able to position his vehicle just off the road which made the whole exercise stress free.

We received the latest delivery in our absence, I only discovered the delivery when checking the gauge on 1st April, the delivery document was esconsed with our normal mail so was not noticeable. On checking the gauge I discovered the cavity was covered in ants which the delivery driver did not note, they were not there on 1st March but have now been dealt with. Is there a way to notify of a delivery in advance@

Your Driver was first-class. He was polite, but personable and it was a joy to talk with him. I live on a remote farm and he navigated the long drive-way with care. He undertook the refill with ease, and the whole process was quick and efficient.

I wasn't aware that a delivery was due and wasn't at home when it took place. The delivery note was posted through the door.

Apparently my neighbour was upset that the pipe was placed across his lawn rather than the front path and has since built a fence to stop this.
