Lots of bargains to be had on £10 Tuesday,eg.high price day & night creams normally approximately £30 for £10.Good delivery service-free if £25 spent.

I placed 2 orders both arrived with damaged items & even the items that were not broken were also crushed or dented. Neither parcel had any stuffing in the box, so everything is left to roll around, bang into each other & break. I contacted customer services about the 1st order & never even got a response. I contacted them about the second order they asked me loads of details (which I’d already confirmed in the original emails) I repeated them & sent screenshots of the products as they requested. They then asked me to send images of the damage which I also did. I was then told to return them to the store (as if that thought had never occurred to me). I explained I’m disabled & unable to make it to a store (hence why I did online orders) so I asked what else I can do they then replied telling me a friend or family member can return them for me. I explained that I don’t have anyone able to do that & what I could do instead. Then they replied again telling me the exact same thing. Not all of us are fortunate enough to have a support system in place & being disabled can make you pretty isolated. Basically I’m left with broken products & losing my money which is frustrating when I had saved to place the order. I won’t be using them again. I’ve used Superdrug in the past & never had any issue with the product or the packaging it is shipped in, therefore I’ve never even need to contact their customer services. I would recommend them to people instead, it’s not worth the risk. Especially if you’re a vulnerable person who can’t get out like me.

I ordered liquids and it came in a paper bag with no padding at all. So when it arrived the bag was ripped and contents were damaged and leaking. I refused parcel so I’ll be waiting for a refund. Also paid for next day delivery and it took two days to come . Won’t be online ordering again.

The delivery was on time and left in my safe place. The packaging was all recyclable and environmentally friendly and the goods were in perfect condition

I turned up at the Arnison Centre shop and though it was before closing time told l could not get my prescription as it would take till after closing time to full fill. Very poor service.
