I was disappointed with my experience. The shampoo arrived with the lid open and approximately half of the contents had leaked into the parcel. I contacted customer services and provided photographs of the damage. While the response was polite, I was advised to return the item to a store or through the returns process. I ordered online because I am unable to easily get to a store, so I was hoping the issue could be resolved based on the photographs provided. The product arrived damaged through no fault of my own, and the proposed resolution felt inconvenient given the circumstances.

I spent almost £300 on glasses for my daughter. I was told they would be ready in around a week. They actually took almost three weeks, by which time she had returned to university and could not have them fitted in store. When I asked if they could be sent to one of her local Boots opticians I was told this takes three weeks in their internal post. The girl I spoke to in the Newtownabbey branch on the phone was very rude, did not listen and spoke over me. My entire family goes to Boots opticians, and have done for many years. But we will not be back. We should’ve gone to Specsavers!

Easy ordering process, good communication about delivery and items arrived at the specified time.

Easy to order and delivery was communicated and on time. Products were good and getting out iOS toothbrush heads at discount was well worth it.

I recently received an email from Boots Pharmacy saying my prescription was ready to order. After spending quite a while trying to work out how to place the order through the website, I eventually got to the final stage only to be told that my prescription could not be delivered to my address – despite Boots having successfully delivered to this same address before.
I then tried calling customer services. After spending around 20–25 minutes navigating endless automated menus and pressing various options, I finally got through to a person. Unfortunately, they were unable to help and simply said they couldn't get through to the relevant department either, offering me another phone number to call instead.
The whole process has been unnecessarily frustrating and time-consuming. Ordering repeat prescriptions should be straightforward, especially for customers who may rely on medication being delivered promptly.
I've previously used Pharmacy2U and found their ordering process far simpler, with none of these issues. Assuming I can eventually get this prescription sorted, it will likely be my last order with Boots Pharmacy.

Delivery excellent👍, products excellent👍. Online ordering☹️ Part of my order I had thought I was getting 2 for 1 on 4 Soltan items but I only received 2 Soltan items of which one was free. After delivery I checked the deal, it says 'one offer per online order', which I'd missed, so think it may not have been very obvious when I ordered.
l will go to the store in future as I'd bulked my order up with non-urgent items to get free delivery only to end up going on holiday minus 2 Soltan products in 'This May Heatwave'. Lesson Learnt.

Delivery on time. However, box was not sealed and was partially open. Fortunately all items were inside.
As an aside, I was surprised that there were no seals on some of the items, eg mascara.
