One star far too much they owe £58 to…

One star far too much they owe £58 to one of the residents in my Nursing Home tried more than once phoned three time went to shop they tried aswell I am disgusted about this

My favourite lipsticks…

I was able to order lipsticks I often can’t get in the shops now, I got a free gift of lip gloss, and they came in 2 days! Definitely doing that again

Online vs local

I checked online that the hair straighteners I wanted were available in my store. They were, and the price was £24.99
I prefer to shop local to help keep the high street full of shops.
I found the straighteners on the shelf they were £79!!
I asked the assistant, she said “we can’t match that price, boots online is a different company…..!
I went home and ordered online. (Arrived no problem )Complete fiasco tho when shops are closing all around and high streets are dying.

Parcel was all smashed up.

Parcel was all smashed up & even with proof they only gave me a 10% discount. Absolutely ridiculous. Was thrown over the fence & everything inside smashed.
