Had problems with my order but overall good experience

There was a problem with my delivery - the package has not been processed on time and it took 2 weeks for it to be despatched. In the end, the package got lost in transit so I never got the package...however, customer service was helpful enough to process a refund quickly and send a compensation item for free!
I would recommend ordering way in advance (a month at least) to ensure you definitely get the item.

I've left a one star review because …Bjorn Borg are useless!

I've left a one star review because there is no option of a no star. I've ordered good two weeks ago, my money has been taken and I have receiv d the most obtuse responses from customer service. Is this a scam website? There are many reviews similar to this and that makes me think it's a money grabbing scam? They have now involved a third party who handles their payments and they are equally as obtuse. Bottom line, I've paid for my goods and they have my money and I don't have my order or my money!!

Worst customerservice ever

Placed an order on the website. Thats a week ago. They money has been withdrawn from my account but for some reason there is no order in the system. Therefor they cant send me the goods and I've been struggling for about a day to get someone that can ensure that I have my money back!

Worst, absolutely worst, customer service I ever experienced!

Wouldn't recommend anyone buying anything on there website.

Worst on-line shopping experience ever!!!

Worst on-line shopping experience ever. I had ordered boxer shorts and 5 days later my order was still not processed. After I had sent them an email, I have received one day later a reply that they would process the order. Yet another day later, I have received an email that they had canceled my order as they had run out of stock! So exactly 7 days after I had placed an order, they realized they didn't have the stuff they had sold me. This is just unbelievable! I had to buy alternative boxer shorts in a local shop and had to spend much more money. They have offered me a 10% discount as a compensation on my next order which was no solution to the problem.

Terrible customer service

I ordered some items on sale (50%) from their website, got the order confirmation and then waited for the items to arrive (4-7 days delivery). 5 days later I received a mail telling me that one of the items were out of stock and by then the sale had stopped. As a compensation they offered me a 10% discount on another product but I expected of course 50%, which they just couldn't give me and now they've just stopped replying. As I told them I expected them to inform if items were out-of-stock in the order confirmation - if they had done that I could order another item right away with 50% discount, but no... All in all the worst customer experience I've ever experienced!

Hide costs when ordering online

Ordered online via SAS.NO and logged on with Norway as address. Nowhere during order process did they say anything about additional VAT. Actually, nowhere did I even get the impression that this was not a Norwegian online store. Receipt showed a total incl VAT & tax; they call it "Grand total" in NOK. Well, it wasn´t. About 30% was added when the package arrived. Very unclear communication.
