Excellent quality and very comfortable, ordered online first purchase and arrived on time with no issues, found the items so good that I placed a second order which is currently in process.

Awful delivery and customer service
Awful delivery and customer service. Yes, the garments are great quality, but the company is dreadful.
After 5 messages and 4 emails, I finally get a response to say that my items were shipped...but they weren’t.
I am so disappointed.

Ordering and delivery were fine. The underwear was nice and comfortable except the little red label proclaiming 'Made in China' has very sharp edges so it feels like there is a drawing pin (thumb tack) down your back. Having gone to the effort of cutting the labels out, all is fine except for the rankle which causes me to be here.......

Big disappointment
Just bought a pack of 3 to try them. Borg is one of my all time favourite tennis players , but I can't say the same about the underwear brand he owns. The waistband is made of horrible material. Verry disappointed. I don't recommend

Customer service = at level you would expect of AliExpress
Nothing received 20 days after ordening, so I reached out to customer service to check with DHL who changed the status of my order to the same status for the 5th time. Receiver can not have things checked with DHL, just the sender. Björn borg does not have customer service, but has Jennie instead. Jennie is in place to dodge genuine questions and/or requests. Feels like communication with a government organisation. Although I do really like the boxers, it is not likely that I will order on BjornBorg.com again.

No Service. Avoid their online site.
Shocking service. Let me rephrase that as there is no service. I have never dealt with a worse site in my life. Ordered on the 30th November 2019. Waited 7 working days, the website still had my order pending.
Fair enough..stock issue maybe? A quick mail to customer service should get me an update on my order.
Wrong ... No response ... order pending.
Second mail to customer service three days later. Still no response. Order still pending after sixteen days.
Products are good, that is why I shop for Bjorn Borg. However buying direct from them was a mistake I shall never make again. Rather than releasing a DPM range Bjorn. Maybe you could release the Full Commando Range, that way we could pay for nothing all the time.

Worth the wait
I've been using their webshop for more than 3 orders in the past year.
The quality of their products made me be a returning customer. Happy to see the service got better.
Packages arrive, if you are unhappy with the size or the quality, you can return them for a full refund within the promised time, no return costs.
Customer service or email feedback was always informative and I could easily see the status of the orders I was waiting for.
I recommend you Björn Borg if you want soft materials with a long lasting usage life.
