Very long time to receive refund. Januari 22nd returned item, Feb 28th still nothing.

Bought an outfit but unfo too small. Returned my order. Depot received this on February 3 but still no refund. Meanwhile understand that refunding takes upto 6 weeks. Are we in 2021 or is this the Middle Ages?

Love Björn Borg clothing & never had an issuer previously!
Three times I’ve written to Björn Borg customer service asking when I should expect my delivery which I placed on 5th February. They answered once with a tracking number which informed me it had yet left the warehouse now the DHL can’t find the consignment number.... wish I’d used ASOS or Amazon, won’t be shopping direct again!

The underwear I received looked terrible compare the the online store photos and smelled like chemicals.
Overall I wouldn't recommend buying Bjorn Borg underwear unless you live in Sweden and/or have retailers where you live - Because there's no way to predict if a pair of boxers will look the same as the pictures and you can't return underwear.

Quite disappointed.
I ordered 2 pairs of boxers for a total of $102 (duties included).
The pair that I was most excited about was the DARK CLOUDS MICROFIBER SHORTS BLACK BEAUTY (2031-1473_9065). But when I took it out of the box it looked NOTHING like what I had ordered. I kid you not, the print looks similar to a black and white cow, and the waistband is green. It also smelled intensely of some kind of chemical?

However, the second pair (SOLID TENCEL TRUNKS Black Beauty (9999-1462_9065)) were as expected and very soft. Though they smelled like chemicals as well.

Shipping was super fast.

I own other pairs of bjorn borg boxers (that I love) with detailed patterns that look great, but I bought them about 5 years ago. So I'm not sure what happened, but Bjorn Borg's production value has clearly gone down.

Love the brand

Having been given two different discount codes, neither of which work on the products I originally wanted in the sale, I have been informed that they will only work on already discounted items. I therefore picked a few items that I like which are discounted and, yup, neither code works... I will await a code that works and provide an update. Not great...

Placed 3 orders with Bjorn Borg 3 weeks ago. All 3 items arrived today. I did not have to pay for postage or any extra charges as has happened with other customers.

This review is not an invited review but I felt that Björn Born are getting bad reviews for something that is out of their control so thought it only fair to post a positive experience.

Bjorn Born clearly explained on their website to place more than one order if the total was £135 or more. They also explained that the order could take longer than usual due to Brexit.

Brexit is not Bjorn Borgs fault and they are maintaining their high standards under these new rules. I expected the delivery to take at least 3 weeks so was really pleased when I received my DHL delivery messages yesterday and my 3 parcels today.

Amazing products and great value as usual. Will order again in future. Many thanks for your clear instructions and for making ordering easy.

Large selection of underwear and quick delivery. As a bonus, i made a pretty good deal as well.

Good quality, pretty fast delivery, good price (on sale). It is not full pot because qome products on sale were quickly soldout, but they reappeared in stock at regular price even if the sale period was not over. Might be legal, but is not cool.

Pants. No delivery a month after placing order and plenty of excuses around bad weather, Brexit, change of courier. Don’t buy direct

I think I’m one of those unlucky people I ordered about 3 weeks ago and I’ve been tracking parcel I’ve been in contact with DHL Sweden there telling us to contact Björn Borg about my order I’m definitely not a happy customer because from what I’ve been told it sounds like my order has got lost I wish I never bothered you can’t contact them by phone it’s all emails so you have to wait for them to back to you next time I will buy from the uk

Maybe I've not been as lucky as the other people writing reviews. I placed my order over 4 weeks ago and the money was taken from my account around the time I placed the order. However nothing has turned up.

Large choice of colors in most sizes. Good prices. Very quick delivery.
