I recently had to order a replacement name badge for one of our staff members. Serena Pope provide excellent service! I was surprised and pleased at how quickly she responded to my email, provided me with a proof and placed my order.

I was in a rush. We just joined a new firm. It was the day before Thanksgiving and I needed a name tag by Saturday.

Jon helped me out by making and shipping two badges that same day. I had them by Friday with a day to spare.

The product was beyond my expectations. It was exceptionally well done and the price was reasonable considering the time frame in which I needed it.

This company is irresponsible and their customer service employees are rude. I will no longer be ordering from them. I ordered name badges from Bestnamebadges.com on a Thursday that I needed the next Thursday and paid expedited shipping costs to get them on time. They sent us the wrong package. I called to inform them and request my package. They assured me that my package would still arrive on time and that a return label would be sent to me to ship back the other badges. My badges did not arrive until the following Monday which was after the event I needed them for. I called in to complain and ask for my money back (which shockingly, they gave) and then I was sent the return shipping label. When the FedEx driver wouldn't take the package that was wrongly shipped to me, I was told that I needed to drive the package to the nearest FedEx store myself, that was 45 minutes away. The manager also called and yelled at one of my employees who knew nothing about the situation. Then when I returned his call he accused me of stealing the other name badges and threatened to have me arrested. He was very rude and told me it was my fault that I received the wrong order. I emailed the owner of the company and requested that he call me to talk about the issues I was having. He agreed to call me but never did. Upon sending another email I have received no response. Very dissatisfied.

I needed just a single badge for a show and Riel treated me like I was ordering 1k. It's nice to work with a company that respects smalls customers just as much as the large businesses.

I have been using this company for 4 years now and the service is getting worse and worse. Each order I send in is either really really late or they send me the wrong order. 4 years and about 8 orders from them and I have only received ONE order that was correct. The last order I received the representative couldn't understand what was wrong with my order even after I explained it 3 times in an email. I finally had to talk to his manager to get it corrected. All that was wrong was the name..... Somehow that takes 3 emails, 1 phone call and a manager to correct. I then asked for a cancellation on my order and a refund and they denied my request.

They have a great product but their customer service need much help.
I will no longer be ordering from them. There are better services out there.

I dont even feel like I can give 1 star, that is how horrible this place is. I understand there can be turnover in employees but I have gone through two sales people and my badges are still not here and I paid for them on September 12th. I have called AND emailed and requested to speak with management and no one has returned my calls.

Now it is just principle, I want my money back.

DO NOT order through this company. BIG MISTAKE.
