I haven't received my badge yet

I haven't received my badge yet, ordered on 4/3/26, exactly two weeks ago and it's only in the "sent to print" stage. They make you pay extra for production time, so it shouldn't take this long. Shipping is expensive for something so light, so they should apply that extra money towards priority mail or something to expedite it. I needed this for next week and it doesn't look like it'll come in time. I gave 3 stars because I haven't received it yet, but I expect it'll be correct from other reviews.

Excellent Customer Service and Great Products!!

Ordered 2 name badges and a few other items. One of the name badges was missing ink in my company's logo. I sent a picture of it to their customer service dept., and a week later, the badge was replaced. Super easy and efficient!! And the name badges are high-quality and look great!!!

Super customer service

Great experience from start to finish

Great experience from start to finish. I ordered name badges for work, and they turned out exactly as expected. The quality was excellent, the ordering process was easy, and delivery was prompt. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing professional name badges.
