I worked with one of their designers who was just wonderful. Not only was she quick to jump start the process, she kept me updated every time I sent an email and the work on the badge itself was truly magnificent; really professionally done. I can't say enough, the company is really the best!

Helwa is fabulous! She is quick, gets my proofs to me immediately and holds my hand when needed! We have ordered multiple badges and they are fantastic. The colors are very crisp and I highly suggest the epoxy as it makes such a great seal.

Ordering my ID badge was quick and easy. I wanted to make a badge for a friend as a Christmas present designed like characters from her favorite video game would wear. After creating the design I uploaded it to the site and quickly received an email pointing out where I would need to make changes to the design so it printed perfectly. After a few back and forth emails with a customer representative I placed my order and couldn't be happier. Having a real person write back really helps when placing an order for printed materials. Some of the places I've ordered photo prints in the past did not notify me when there were problems with the image sizing and I've had to reorder photos to get them done properly which was a real pain. I'm very happy with the service and will be ordering more in the future!

i started working with Best Name Badges at the beginning of the year. Mainly because I was tired of the companies I was using on the Island and the cost was so much. There aren't many businesses to choose from and the ones I've used lacked so much. It's challenging when you're limited to less than dozen companies.

Great Customer Service. Worked specifically with Andrienne who worked with me patiently while I changed our proof, quantity, etc of our order multiple times.
