Great experience from store to delivery. All staff excellent.

So far all good, ordered bed very easy because staff were helpful.Waiting short time now for delivery , thanks again to Bensons, could not have been better.

Choosing mattress was good - wide choice and staff very helpful. Communication was good about delivery, which was on time and driver called beforehand.
We ordered 2 pillows which weren't delivered so we had to return to the store to collect them. It turned out when home that one of them was shop soiled so had to return again to replace. Then several days later 2 pillows arrived through the post which necessitated another trip to the shop to return them.
Mattress is very comfortable and we are very pleased with it.

Asked to sign up so you can login for easier reference. No way to actually log in. Got 2 emails - one to say I’ve registered and the other to rate, but NO confirmation of my order - really? How poor.

I ordered a £3250 tv bed with installation. It was due to arrive last week and then they let me know via txt it was coming this week. I got a confirmation txt to say it was coming the next morning at 8am so took my bed to the tip and then at 1pm I get a call telling me it won’t be delivered for another 2 weeks. I call them and am offered an inflatable mattress. I have already taken two days off work and now am going to have to take a third. When I say I would like to complain and cancel the order I am put through to a lady called Ursula who assured me she would look into it and contact me with 24hrs. I called after 24hrs and no contact to be told she would ring me back at the end of the day. I have just called and she’s left for the day. Customer service here is disgusting. Please do not waste your money here.

Both the delivery staff for the mattress and the frames were excellent.
Courteous and professional and punctual with lots of updates regarding delivery time.

Simon davie and caroline all went above and beyond to make sure that I got the right bed for my dad who is getting older and in need of a decent bed and a decent night sleep I was worried about chosen the wrong one for him as he was too un fit to be there in pearson the team let us try out numerous mattresses, showed us many different bed frames and after a good lie down on a few different beds we’ve picked a perfect bed & mattress for my dad that he absolutely adores. It wasn’t all about the finances. They were really interested in my dad‘s well-being and that goes a long way to show me they are decent human beings and I’m very grateful that grateful that I purchased my own bed myself and my husband on the same.day yeeaahhh 👌❤️ 🛌 thank you guys xx

Bensons fulfilled everything they said they would. Furniture arrived undamaged (delivery chaps were lovely!), assembly was easy even for idiots like me.
The only thing I didn’t like was Bensons delivery pricing which seems batty. I ordered 1x king size bed and 2x bedside units and the cheapest option was 3 separate deliveries rather than 1 delivery.

Easy to order online. Great communication from bensons interms of delivery times etc called my the driver 1/2 hour before delivery.

An appointment to fit my schedule. Delivered mattress to the bedroom carefully.
