Had to make a fairly last minute order for some tshirts for a stag do. The team were so helpful at every step of the way and helped push through the order, even adding on an extra last minute shirt as I'd miscounted.

I have used Banana Moon on multiple occasions for what I consider very small orders (10 x polo shirts embroidered), and the customer service has been fantastic. More importantly all orders have been turned around very quickly and of the highest quality.

Seamless Order Process
The whole ordering process from start to finish was really quick and easy. Requesting samples, submitting designs and completing the final order was a breeze. Nikki was extremely helpful and always responded promptly. Garments delivered within 7 days of confirming order for over 200 garments.

Great company with a personal touch
We ordered a number of hoodies for a UK theatre tour. The products we received were of a fantastic quality, and our personalisations were really well crafted. In addition, the company got in touch with us to let us know developments with the order, and even called us to advise that a colour we’d chosen might be too light to be distinct on a grey sweatshirt. I’d definitely recommend using them again; in fact, I placed another order myself just over a week later!

Great service, helpful, fast responses and fast turnaround of the hoodies. The students love them and are already wearing them even though it is not yet time for them to leave us.

Wanted new uniform for our family business. Banana Moon were excellent - quick turnaround, super helpful, friendly customer support with speedy responses to my queries, good range of products / styles / colours, great quality garments and embroidery which looked just like the detailed proof I had requested. Easy to upload artwork and navigate the website. Prices were also very reasonable and beat most of the competitor companies I had looked at. Will definitely be using again!
