Great advice and super flexible
The bike to work scheme can be a little frustrating at times. Steve made the process simple and super flexible. Enabling me to collect the bike I wanted in a timescale that worked for me. A great experience from a company that focuses on customer experience and a love of the product.

Great prices
Great prices, and very swift delivery. Like being able to accumulate credit after each purchase. Also great that they have good rate of in-store NHS discount of 10% on full price items and 5%5 off sale prices.

2nd time of trying service side out
2nd time of trying service side out, cannot get through on phone, was not told they would have bike for up to two weeks, for a standard service is ridiculous amount of time when you have booked it in in advance! Had to complain to customer service team to eventually get a call back on progress, would not recommend

Purchase of giant tcr
Went into the Waterloo shop initially, Alex was extremely helpful. He advised me of the correct size and answered my questions.
A few days later I decided to buy online as it was most convenient in the end. Smooth process and delivery. Very happy with bike and would highly recommend the shop.

Initial ordering fine apart from having to pay extra to deliver to Northern Ireland !But communication after the despatch message was inadequate,ie non by e mail and no tracking number.Having phoned on 3 separate days to get updates i was not phoned back with updates as agreed. Bike has now arrived and seems ok.

Great shopping experience
Good range of products at competitive prices. Easy to use website and easy to order. Fast delivery and items well packed. Returns process (for something that didn't fit) was very straightforward. Very pleased with all aspects.
