I'm so frustrated with this order. I ordered 2 dresses on 15th February having seen them on social media and I thought they'd be perfect for my figure. The dresses were due to be shipped from 28th February but I didn't receive an update so sent them an email a few days later. They processed a 10% refund and apologised for the delay saying the dresses would be shipped from 14th March. However, it's now 20th March and there has been no update. I've emailed again but this time customer services have just said they're looking into it and will contact me once they have any new information. I don't understand why there is no information and am starting to doubt the dresses will ever turn up. I'll be happy to update this review if I receive any updates/the dresses but I currently don't trust the company.
Edit: I received a reply on 25th March which included this message "Your order will be shipped from the 28th March on the quickest shipping service available to you. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Please do let us know if you have any questions regarding this or how to proceed with your order." It's now the 4th April and I need the dresses by 7th April...
Edit: The dresses eventually arrived on 10th April. They are lovely quality but the wait time and lack of information was just too stressful.

I ordered a dress and fitted jacket on February 14. A lot of money but I understand that the quality has to be good.
In the meantime it is March 15 and I have not heard from them except for 1 message. That message stated that the products would be shipped on March 7. Unfortunately I didn't receive a tracking number or anything. They don't respond to email either. What a drama. More than €300 euros gone!!
They finally send me a email that it will be shipped on 7th of april. Fingers crossed.

I made an order of 2 dresses. 1 in brown size L and 1 in green size XL. The box arrived with only 1 dress in (brown L) and no communication to say the other had sold out. I emailed straight away and they asked me for photos of the address label and dress in the box, which I sent. They then told me they had checked CCTV and that it was placed into the parcel and they would need to enquire with the courier. I asked for proof of it being packaged as it definitely wasn't in the box and the box didn't look damaged. I am now being ignored. The dress was £89 and was definitely their error. Luckily the brown L fir perfectly so I didn't need the green XL and would have returned it but now I don't know what is happening with that and whether I will be refunded. I will never purchase with them again as the costumer service and packaging has been so poor.

The customer service just isn't good enough.
I've now had a problem with two orders placed with Aym Studio. The first I placed late August and was advised that it was being shipped on 3rd September, along with a tracking number. Nothing had arrived by 10th September and the tracking hadn't updated. I chased on the 11th, 12th and 13th September, eventually being told then that it had only been shipped on the 10th but they weren't sure why the tracking hadn't been update and that I would have to wait a further 5-7 days for an update from the courier. Eventually on 17th September I was told my order had been lost and that several of the items were now out of stock.
They eventually offered a refund, after they'd basically kept hold of my money for 3 weeks.
The second order, I'm still struggling to get anywhere with. I returned a couple of items in mid-October. Tracking confirms they were delivered on 16th October. I didn't get any update at all from Aym so chased on 4th November, when I was told that the items had been processed on 28th October and the refund would be with me in 3-5 working days. It's now the 12th November. I've chased up my refund and am now being asked for my order number. Just not good enough.
Lovely items but experiences like this really put me off buying. I'm very unlikely to order from here again

I absolutely love the Venus long sleeve dress! It’s very flattering for me and I love the blush color. However, I am in the process of exchanging it to an XL (previously purchased in L) because it was too tight in the chest. For reference, I’m 5’5” and weight 160 pounds. And chest size is 38D. I hope this helps and I can’t wait to get the larger size!
I love the dress! I already have a lot of AYM designs and they are soooo nice and comfortable!
The most dresses fit me with an S size but I have one which fits me better in XS and one which I should have gotten in M, so there is just a little gamble with the fitting.
I really liked my dress. I am a size 12 (5ft 2) and ordered a medium which was perfect. One critique is that although the customer service is friendly and helpful, it isn't that quick and you can't get through on the phone and have to wait hours or until the next day for a whatsapp. Otherwise I am very happy with the produce.

I ordered the Taylor tea dress, used standard 5-10 days shipping. Order came within the 10 business days, neatly packaged in a box and straight to my door. I don’t think I’ve ever purchased a dress that felt so good on my body, nor that fit me so well. Dress is true to the concept, high quality, thick fabric and flattering but comfortable fit. Just had to write a review, loved it so so much!! Thank you AYM❤️

Ordered the dress without special shipping, reached me a day later (germany). Fits my figure (small cup size, large hips).

I do think the dress I ordered was nice, but it came so damaged it was not wearable. They refunded me under $30 and gave me a 15% off code for my "next purchase" at their price points 15% is a bit of a joke, and it cost more than $30 to get it repaired in time for the event I ordered it for. Again it's a nice dress, but I dont think the quality of the dress or the customer service matches what they charge. I won't be ordering from them again.
Love the dress- the style is beautiful. However, the fabric pulls very easily and looks unsightly. I recommend avoiding kids/dogs/real life situations whilst wearing your fairytale frock 😬
Wanted to order this dress, but I live in the EU. On the website the prices are in pounds so I converted the prices of the pieces I wanted to order beforehand. When arriving at the checkout I noticed that the pieces were ± 30 euro's more expensive that the prices when converted with the current rate. To my disappointment I decided to not order😠.
