Really nice, it just didn't fit me

Great material, fast delivery and very easy to return it. The dress was just not sitting well on me, but otherwise I would shop again. I would have also liked if the shorts were actually sewn on it and not separate.

Delayed due date slow customer service

I ordered 2 dresses on 11th May for a wedding on 1st June. I was told the dresses would be shipped on 30th May. I then had a notification that there would be a delay and that the dresses would ship on the 6th June. I asked for the dress I had bought in stock to please be sent by 30th May but I had no answer. The day before the wedding I was told that AYM were going to ship the in stock dress out shorty. I ended up having no AYM dresses to wear despite ordering them around a month early. This is really not good enough and I'm so disappointed. Alex from customer service didn't really seem too bothered that they had missed the delivery date and no compensation was offered. I shall be returning the dresses and won't buy from this company again.

Items are nice, customer service is disappointing.

Overall, I'm happy with the items I received. I ordered to the Netherlands and the shipping was very fast. I also appreciate that the customs costs are included and shown in your basket. However, the sizing seems to be a bit hit-or-miss. I got two maxi dresses in a size small and while one fits perfectly, the other was uncomfortably tight. I believe this may be due to the fact that they are different fabric types. I wanted to exchange the dress that was too small but I never heard back when I tried to contact them (it has been over two weeks). The returns portal only facilitates returns, not exchanges. Growing inpatient and worrying that it may be sold out by the time they reply, I ordered the dress in a larger size and it fits nicely. Now I'm trying to return the too-small dress and I come to find out it costs 10 euros to return. For what I would consider a luxury brand with luxury prices, I'm surprised it's costing me a good chunk of change to return an item. It's especially annoying because that item should have fit me according to their size guide. I doubt I will be ordering again.

Unresponsive customer service

I ordered my items over a month ago. I was told it would be shipped out on the 6th of May. On the 8th I got an email saying it was delayed and it would be shipped out on the 15th of May. It is now the 23rd of May and I have received no notifications. I realise this is slow fashion so I understand that things take time. But it’s the customer service communication that gets to me. Anyone who has worked in the service industry knows it is important to manage expectations. And if someone has paid a significant amount of cash upfront i feel like they should be responsive. So far I have not received any response to my emails or my chat interaction. I live in a region well out of the timezone to coincide with their working hours so I can’t sit and just wait for them to get back to me on the chat (which keeps reloading and I loose everything). They also say it takes 24 to 72 hours to ship products once they are completed. It’s now been 96 hours according to the tracking function on their website. Overall just very disappointing. I’m hoping that the clothes will be good once/if they finally arrive.

Exchange and customer service

Sizing is all over the place i have tops in size L and order other style in same size and it was S size at best. Last time i ordered I asked customer service to recommend the size. It came and it didnt fit. I asked for exchange. I had to fill insome documents for courier. I told this to customer service and they said i was misuderstood the instruction (i followed the guide on aym website).they are currently not responding to my messages last time i wrote them on 3.5. That i see they item was delivered to them and when should i receive the exchange and i have received no response at all. I would not recommend to buy from them as this is unacceptable. I loved the items that i have and that fitted me but as they are not cheap and the customer service is holding my 85€ as i dont have the exchange product back or the money, I want to warn you that this can happen to you as well. Update: product came but i had to pay duties even though customer services told me i wouldnt have to pay anything. Once again respond took more than 2 days.

Poor quality for price

Received my order of Juni dress and Sammi shorts (order total of £118) and both are poor quality for this price.
Sammi shorts had a medium hole in the seam before I could try them on. Also slightly too large around the waist, but fit around hips so couldn't size down.
Juni dress had an uneven hem, causing a bubble in between the stitches, and some loose threads and a hole in the pocket.
Dress was so long on me hard to believe it was the same item and extremely unflattering (for reference I'm 5ft3). Tbf to them, I must have misread the length as would never have ordered this on purpose.
I understand SOJO was an option, but I feel the quality made it not worth the effort.
I've seen so many social media posts promising the price was worth it because of the quality/sustainability etc. - I disagree. I've ordered a return rather than exchanged as I didn't believe the quality would get any better.

i received a dress that was faulty and…

this company is the best. the dress i received had a flaw and when i ordered an exchange the dress I ordered had sold out. i had some delays with communication but as they are a smaller company it’s too be expected. some of the delays were my fault as i sent multiple emails pushing myself back in their queue. it took a little longer then a big company to get my order straightened out but in the end it is so worth it because the product you receive will be a timeless high quality piece in your collection.

Quick Dispatch, Super slow to refund

**Update - reduced down a star because in communications via email I was told it would be up to 7-10 days for a refund, it wasn't - it took longer. Which in this day and age 2 weeks is a really long time. I would recommend AYM get Klarna in future.

The dress I ordered was dispatched quickly, and the quality was good. I didn’t wear it out (as the length was too long for me so I returned it).
I can’t comment on the long term quality of the dress e.g I have no idea how it is after one wear, or after one wash or dry clean…
What I do know is that unfortunately the refund process is INSANELY slow.. they received my dress back on the 3rd March (according to Royal Mail tracked delivery via RM website...) & it’s been around 10 working days now and still no refund... I’m baffled as to why it takes them so much time to issue a refund…?
Personally I wouldn't order more than one size or more than one style of dress in one go because your money won’t be landing back into your account any time soon after they receive your dress back - so beware they are super slow… hopefully they will take this helpful feedback onboard to improve future customers shopping experiences... Lastly, make sure you keep hold of your proof of postage receipt so that you have an accurate record of when your item was received by them as recollections may vary...

I bought the juni dress

Edit: I was contacted by the AYM team, who then considered my grievances with their product and were kind enough to refund me the order cost.

I bought the juni dress, about a month ago. it looked great and I was very excited to wear it. I wore it once, and the next time I opened it to my terrible surprise the dress had full on tears, the stitches were all out. This dress was sold to me as a supposed "high-quality" dress, but one wear made the dress open up. I am a student, and I actually saved money mer a few months to buy this dress so imagine my shock when it literally broke down. I contacted the aym team and they told me that I they would refund me 20% of the price of the dress and I could then go to a seamstress and have it fixed. This was literally so unprofessional, what guarantee did I have that the dress wouldn't break down further. I did not take the 20%, and will not be buying from this company again. this is just a waring to those who are expecting good quality clothes from this brand, you might get lucky but you also might not. so be wary especially if you need to save up for these dresses.

I was charged the date of purchase 10-11-23

I was charged the date of purchase, but to about 6 weeks to get. I then returned the put in for return label on 11-29-23. I sent back the entire order. I requested an exchange for one item and a refund on the rest. I have not heard anything, received anything or was credited?????

I bought 2 dresses from AYM and I love…

I bought 2 dresses from AYM and I love them!
Delivery was super fast and communication was good. One of the dresses I bought had a bit of a wait to dispatch and they kept me informed the whole time.
The quality of the material is great and they are very form fitting. I haven't done any returns, so can't speak about that, but would say 10 out of 10 for my experience.
