Speedy service, full rear windscreen fixed in an hour. Just as important was the friendly welcome from staff. Would recommend this company highly.

Windowscreen repair: Easy to book and appointment within 2 days. Like that u can upload pictures of damage in advance. Waiting room clean, attended to as soon as I arrived. Clear explanation of work being done and possibility the repair would leave a mark. Work done quickly and repair is invisible - v pleased. 5 star from start to finish

text day before appointment saying arrive 09.00 hrs. till 11.28am .arrived 1pm. rubber seal not fitted correctly ,scuttle not fitted correctly,only thing bonded was windscreen wipers stuck onto windscreen ??? i booked this on the 29 june 2026 still waiting for repairs to be done.

I arrived early, but was still dealt with quickly, and it took less time than expected. Windscreen still in place a couple of week later :)

Could not be happier. The windscreen replacement in Paisley was seamless and the staff really friendly.
Macauley at head office arranged the calibration at local dealership and responded so quickly and effectively. A really impressive company.

The repair was easy to book and I received confirmations at the time and before the appointment. The technician worked to find a solution to having enough space for a tent to cover the repair but it would have been useful to have known about this beforehand. The repair was completed in a timely manner and I was pleased with the final outcome.

I have found the auto windscreens' online booking process to be very frustrating.
When it gets to the page about the size of the chip it doesn't explain how to measure it ie, with or without the small cracks that surround the chip, or what the consequences are of the different sizes.
So I had to ring the supplied number for that information but that was okay until I found out that I need to travel over 30 miles each way as well as paying £150 for the pleasure. And when it came to booking the appointment there was nothing for ages and then there were no further options available. The page just changed to ask me to pay the appointment fee. But I hadn't been able to select a date!
In the end they sent me a text and fortunately I will be free on that date. However, when I clicked on the link within the text to go onto the website I find that "Reschedule appointment is not available." If I do have problems getting into them I would have to rebook the whole thing, it seems.
Okay, so all this seems fairly innocuous. I think it's the lack of information about the whole booking process that is frustrating me. These choices aren't always black or white and a little more thought about giving older drivers the information they require during the booking process on the website would go a long way.
I'll reassess this after the job has been done.

Arrived on time, very professional service with no issues whatsoever, thoroughly recommend.

On arrival told windscreen not arrived, then when car prepped told I had a port missing and to take my car to a garage .After another 20 mins mechanic returned to say he had found port in the engine and windscreen had arrived. So after another couple of hours all done ,but this was a little stressful for an 80 year old . But very happy with the replaced windscreen.

The fitter was great but the wait time for an appointment was outrageous. It took a month to have a windscreen fitted. When other insurers have used auto glass it takes a week at most. Driving round for a month with a 3 foot crack in the windscreen is not ideal especially with a family.

Very easy to contact and explain the problem. Staff great, understanding, courteous and listened. Plan to repair was quickly made. The only hiccup was the length of time to get the mobile fitter to do the job, in my case a wait of 16 days. Otherwise highly recommended.

Never got contacted despite paying £75 excess. Had to follow up through insurance company after 7 days. Asked to be put through to a different depot. Attended an appointment to be told wrong windscreen ordered despite sending photos of van and windscreen. After a great service in Swansea the wiper blade came off on the first day of rain. Can’t determine wether user error putting bolts back or mechanical problem with the bolt. Still waiting for call to reappoint for wiperblade checkup
