Wrong glass supplied !Again
Wrong glass supplied !! Second time this happened with my vehicle. Sliding door glass was supplied wrong but I had it fitted as I’d already been without my vehicle for a week . Previously they managed to order the wrong windscreen glass for the same vehicle. Shame really as the fitters are really friendly and efficient but the people who order the glass are not very knowledgeable or these mistakes wouldn’t be made .

The windscreen was fitted with no problems on our driveway. This we found was more convenient than having to take it to the garage

Awful
Awful. Appointment times moved three times. The engineer moaned about the location the car was parked in. The fact that it was raining. The call centre agent fobbed the date change off on it just provisional when you book it.
The staff are clearly having to lie for the the business and dissatisfied. Support your team auto glass. Will never use again.
