We had complications as we were on holiday and we could not talk to anyone for assistance. When we eventually had our windscreen repaired the technician could not have been more professional. Shane we couldn’t talk to someone as it has ended up very costly with extra time taken off work.

Very poor experience with Autoglass…
Very poor experience with Autoglass overall. My booking was moved around multiple times, and it took from the 30th of July until the 12th of August for me to finally be told they couldn’t complete the job because the windscreen trim was obsolete.
The local Autoglass technician did phone me, explain the situation and apologise. He also explained that the company had never sent the request through for the trim to be ordered in the first place. I was satisfied with the customer service from the local branch and technician, but unfortunately not with Autoglass as a company.
After nearly two weeks of delays and booking changes, it was very frustrating to then have the job cancelled, especially when a local independent windscreen company was able to find a solution and complete the fitting.
