All good from start to finish, I was kept informed even though one of the two items I ordered was out of stock in my local store, both items were ready for collection early the next morning as promised.

From choosing my item on the app and then arranging a delivery date and time for my new washing machine to be delivered, every thing was managed smoothly, no hiccups or delays, my machine was delivered into my kitchen for me , I was even offered the removal and disposal of my old appliance , 10 out of 10 Argos from a very happy customer.

I was welcomed into the store and guided to where I could look for what I wanted. There was lots of choice and I could choose within my price range? The assistants in the store were very pleasant and helpful. I received what I wanted quickly and it was a good experience.

With Argos I know I’m getting products…
With Argos I know I’m getting products tested for UK standards. Easy to return and easy to pick up as so many shops. I notice that Argos can also sometimes be cheaper than Amazon and has consistent pricing. Great range of products too . Probably buy something at least once a month from Argos

Undelivered order
Last month I ordered a 55inch TV, wall bracket, remote control, HDMI cable and it was never delivered. I called asking for an update and they said it shows that it was delivered from their end. But on my side it was showing Ordered to be delivered at a date that had past. No real time update, nothing. I then asked for a refund and they said they are investigating what happened and give me an update in 48hrs. 48hrs later they send me and email stating they are investigating the issue and they will get back to me after 5 business days.
