The product was good but waiting time in the queue at Sainsbury's in Rugby was really long - they have only 2 people on busy Sunday and one of them seemed to be still in training/ learning the job.

Argos problem, customer solves it
Ordered something online for delivery during a specific timeslot, it never arrived so contacted customer service, turns out my order never even went through due to a system error. And because the delivery hub was out of stock of the item I had to cancel my order, wait for my refund and order again for collection from a specific store. Customer service were fine and eventually resolved what the issue was - although the brunt of the work was on my part for me to actually get the item I ordered about a week later than expected. This seems to be the way companies operate now, where there's an issue, you only find out when you enquire and then the essentially make you resolve the issue even though it's their fault.
